Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fusch

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! great host, great place to stay!

We drove from Poland for 11 hours and it was really worth it. This place is a real gem of the places to stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well equipped – and the view from the window is simply stunning! An ideal starting point to explore Bavaria and at the same time a wonderful place to relax. The contact with the host was exemplary – he always responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. I highly recommend it and hope to come back sometime!❤️

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Trudie's apartment is very clean with a good view balcony which is in line with the pictures showing from the website. She is also very nice and responsive!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Lovely accommodation located in an idyllic village. Eva is very friendly and warm! On the way back there in the evening, a cat accompanied us all along🥰Such a beautiful experience.

Everything was very nice and functional. Some equipment could be missing in the kitchen, for example. More than 4 forks. But it was small things. Everything else was great.

Apartment we stay in was like untouched and has everything you need. Christoph welcomed us and explained everything.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Highly recommended. We rented the apartment Gartenglück 1.0 as a family of 3 people over Holy Week and we were satisfied. The instructions with pictures were brief and clear. Alois and Stephanie were also helpful - reachable for problems and questions. Everything went smoothly. I especially like that the apartment contains everything you need and frills-free. Salzburg's old town can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We had no problem with it because we knew it too and were mobile by car.

Mr Andreas is a gem of host and great person by heart, always guided us from where to visit, how to reach faster the popular places near obertraun like Hallstatt with all the detailed information regarding local transport. We will for sure again visit his AirBnb whenever we come to Austria. And oh my god! What AirBnb he had! It’s heaven . We regret not staying for longer period of time here😞

Breathtaking views and a great location to the hiking/mountains in the area, we loved our stay here. Alberto and his dad were always in communication and we had no problems checking in/out. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby so very convenient to grab a bite or shop for essentials. A great spot and we highly recommend Alberto's place!

The apartment is very cozily furnished, beautifully bright and very well equipped. The location is great: the lake, various restaurants, supermarket, delicatessen and train station are within walking distance. Jaana and Sebastian are great hosts - super nice, helpful and always respond directly. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!

Super great place to stay with every comfort. We were traveling by car with wheels, and also found the parking garage to be very positive. We have been to so many high-priced hotels, but nowhere has it ever been as clean as in this apartment. Would recommend to anyone and book again at any time. Great value for the money.
