Maria Cristina is a great host, always attentive to any concerns that might be presented. The house described exceeded all expectations. Andrés, the person in charge of the house is always willing to do anything in charge of anything. Super recommended.

Unparalleled weather, a very nice house surrounded by lots of vegetation and beautiful landscape, spacious, comfortable social areas, the pool is great pool, the 5th room is a little small in proportion to the other rooms. Very diligent employees and cook delicious. I would definitely come back.

In general everything was great, we only had an inconvenience with the pump and the pool heater but it was a matter of the batteries of the control and it was easily fixed. Something that if it was a little annoying was that people came in well early on the Monday morning but they never let us know that they would come, always good to know that someone is going to enter. PDTA: Entry to the property is a fairly steep slope, it can be tricky for some drivers, keep that in mind.

Jaime is an excellent host. He communicates perfectly and is extremely helpful. His staff of Angela and Maria are incredible they make the most delicious meal and are very helpful. The location is amazing and the views in the house are to die for. Would definitely recommend this house and would visit again.

Excellent, the people who work and Noa, who takes care of the house, are very nice, attentive, they helped us a lot, it is private, the only thing to keep in mind is to bring a good repellent, I would definitely come back, thanks Yeli Don Ronald and his wife are excellent.

It's a wonderful place to spend a few days disconnected. A nice place, very comfortable and spacious. All its rooms with tv ( that if it works) fans in every space of the house , in short it is a very well cared for house and equipped with everything you might need. The pool is fabulous , a nice size and the water is warm. Great to spend whole days without getting tired. The hospitality of Mr. Jose and Angela was excellent. Very attentive and willing to collaborate on everything we needed. Thank you for everything and we hope to return.

Excellent estate. We had the opportunity to enjoy the goodness of the land, the flowers, the flowers, the fruit trees, the sound of the creek that is close by, the beauty of the birds that can be admired and enjoy their sounds in the mornings. The temperature is excellent, neither very hot nor very cold. The exceptional care of Diana and Mauritius, and if we needed anything, they were attentive to help us. The kitchen, very good. We were there for two months and we would have wanted to be so much more. Near the property there is a shop with a very good assortment and pleasant attention, you hardly need to go down to Melgar to get products. The estate has an excellent BBQ area, and also has up to a very nice shower! The wifi has a very good signal all over the property. It has a big stone for climbing. The estate offers some points to observe the skyline with a beautiful view. Even the Nevado del Tolima is visible. Hopefully we can go back to the property and enjoy it, the same or more, that on occasion.

Undoubtedly a spectacular place, just as they describe it, very organized very clean, the places of the house were lent to shake and have a pleasant time with friends. Juan is a host who is too attentive to our arrival and everything we need.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is beautiful, spacious and with well distributed spaces to enjoy as a family. We had an incredible time and would definitely come back. There are some suggestions that could make the experience even better: upon arrival, the reception of the ensemble was unhealthy, bad attitude of the guards; a clearer welcome or a small detail would make a big difference. There wasn't someone welcoming us directly, which creates some uncertainty upon arrival. It would be ideal to renew the ping pong rackets. We found animal poo debris near a room that could be reviewed further. On the day of departure people arrived to clean before we left, which affected privacy a bit. We highlight the architecture of the house, the daily cleanliness of the pool, the season and friendliness of Estella, the comfort of the rooms, and the excellent communication with Andrés. Overall a very nice and recommended experience, we will be back!

From the time of booking, we had constant, fluid and clear communication with Gonz Gonzalo, which made our arrival and stay in general much easier. He was always attentive to resolve our concerns and to help us with some requests. The house is very spacious. The rooms are comfortable, the social areas are very nice and the pool is great. I would definitely come back.

We had a very good experience at the Nágala estate, it is quiet and surrounded by nature; the house and all its architecture is very connected with its surroundings. It has a swimming pool and an enviable view. Highly recommended!

The house and estate is quite comfortable and quiet, if you want to disconnect (although it takes the sign very well) from the city it is the perfect place. Despite the excess rain we had, not so many mosquitoes were lifted. All rooms have a private bath and the residential complex is very safe.

Beautiful property in stunning location above the town of Melgar. Rooms and bathrooms were excellent standard and the house was brilliant and stylish too. Only downside was BBQ was not very effective due to design. Remember to pick up whatever supplies you need including water as it's a challenging 15-20 min drive to the town.

It is a very nice accommodation, just as shown in the photos. It is located in a nice and quiet condominium. The house has spacious, comfortable and well-appointed rooms with impeccable bathrooms. Pool maintenance is very good and is done daily. The house has beautiful landscaping and is well fumigated because despite having so much vegetation there are hardly any insects. Richard is a super friendly person, attentive and helpful with guests' needs. He was always attentive and helped us with the schedules, so that we could get the house on the date we needed it. I highly recommend this place and its host.

The stay on the farm is excellent, it is super well equipped for large groups, it has very pleasant spaces to share as a family, communication with Luis Fernando is very fluid. Tibisay, which is the person on the property, it is very careful to keep everything impeccable and super willing to everything you want to do in the kitchen. Generally speaking, super recommended to go lounging and spending time as a family.

It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Raúl and his wife, they were very helpful and definitely made our stay very enjoyable. The property is beautiful and very well equipped, especially the pool, which fascinated us because it was very well maintained, unlike other pools that show poor maintenance. The place exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back.

Great place to go as a group, Guillermo helped us a lot with the whole process to get there and we never had any problems The entire property is super spacious and beautiful, easy for addresses and shopping 100% recommended

Place was amazing! Very well maintained and we felt like home. Esteban was always very helpful and communication was always great. Amparo was amazing too… always ready to help us with anything we may need. We will come back for sure!
