To keep in mind, it says 3 rooms when in reality it has 2 and a separation in the living room (which fulfills the function!), and the commonly used bathroom (not en suite) is more service than to be used daily!. In conclusion, the value for money is very good

We had an excellent weekend with friends. The house is super comfortable, with two bedrooms, and a beautiful living room to relax. But the best place is the patio with the grill and tables to sit comfortably. Fernando and his wife were very friendly, and accessible at all times. You can tell they are very good people. I recommend it 100%. I'll see you in a few months again!

The space is so cute, clean and neat. Both the enclosed places and the outdoor places, of the house, are spacious and very comfortable. Nothing was needed to spend our stay in the best way. Fran was very attentive at all times and was always available to our concerns. The location is very good. It is a very recommended space and we are promptly going to visit again.

Laura is a great host, very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house is as published. It has an expectacular roofed outdoor area where you can spend all day. The pool is a big plus of the house. The comfortable living room with two armchairs and the dining room with a super large table. Super comfortable kitchen with washing machine. Garage, no roof for now, where 2 cars can enter. Optimo place to get away from the stress of the city.

All good! The only thing I mention as an observation that what's in the third room is a futon (somewhat uncomfortable) and not a bed. The location is barbaric and the view is divine.

The stay at Maria's place was excellent. He is a very interesting person, with knowledge of Rosario and various topics that make it nice every day you are in his house. It was always lended to solve some difficulty, recommend a leisure space and even for shopping. If I return to Rosario one day, her apartment will be in my first place of options.

I had to leave another Aurbnb de Carla in the north area because it was dirty and I found Mateo's, he answered me quickly and let me see his apartment to decide, very kind and I was waiting for me when we arrived, it is in the center very good location for the you don't know and for the q you already know.
