Nice, spacious and well-equipped house in a prime location in Frutillar. Beautiful views from the house and its garden (volcanoes and meadows). Very close to the lake, restaurants and the lake theater. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and downtown shops in general. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. 21 species of native trees were planted on the plot, which you can walk through.

Cozy House

Comfortable and cozy house to feel at home. It is fully equipped, has a water heater with hot water, slow combustion, and parking. It is a closed site, and includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi. The house can accommodate 7 people. Located in a villa at the entrance of Frutillar Alto (behind Cruz del Sur bus terminal), but minutes from downtown, supermarkets, and about 5 minutes from the spa. Pets are welcome! I DO NOT INCLUDE TOWELS, THE GUEST MUST BRING THEM.

Espectacular casa ubicada en seguro y tranquilo condominio ubicado a 8 minutos del centro de Frutillar y 20 minutos de puerto varas. Excelente conectividad. Es una gran casa dividida en dos casas totalmente independientes (pareada) qué comparten parcela. Está casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios y dos baños. Está a pasos de Laguna Privada y quincho techado con juegos infantiles. Tiene además un jardin interior privado para disfrutar de esta mágica estancia.

The house is in the center of Frutillar Alto, Villa Sajonia is a safe, quiet, clean place, you can walk there, (I also have a Rent a Car in case you need that service) everything is close, supermarkets, restaurant, bus terminal 4 minutes by car to the beach, Llanquihue Lake, Teatro del Lago, in Frutillar bajo and walking you reach it in 20 minutes. Beautiful cabin 7 minutes from downtown Puerto Varas. Located on the shores of the Maullín in a 5,500 m2 park. River suitable for bathing and fishing (seasonal only).
