If your are looking for a beautiful place to come and relax as well as enjoy the outdoors this is the place for you. This Airbnb is very secluded and off the beaten path so make sure your bring your own groceries and entertainment. However Ria has done a very good job with her rental to ensure it feels right at home and has the amenities for you to cook and live as you would at your own home. If you wish to go out to eat, the local hotel serves some very good food as well. The forests surrounding this place makes you feel like you had stepped back in time to a simpler place with no stress. There are many hiking paths to take which lead throughout the forest and to the surrounding villages. I suggest hiking to the bildchen chapel in the forest which is a charming little place. I would definitely not hesitate to come back and stay at the at this beautiful place again.

Rita gave us a warm welcome and even kindly delivered fresh croissants to us on the first morning of our stay. There is free parking in the carport attached to the property. The apartment was very comfortable and stocked with items you would expect to find at a good hotel and more such as tooth paste and brushes, cosmetic pads and nail files, hand cream and other toiletries. The apartment is next to a train track but the noise didn’t bother us at all. I highly recommend the apartment and if you are a bigger family you can also rent the apartment upstairs and there is free on street parking for a second car. The private terrace and view at the rear of the apartment are amazing. We will definitely stay here if we visit Korblenz again - I highly recommend the cable car return journey to visit Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.

The apartment was beautiful. We are on business trips a lot and have visited many accommodations but it stands out with its beauty. We stayed there for 4 nights and the house is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Everything is there and even more, very lovingly designed and in the kitchen everything is there, even coffee and tea :) very great hosts. You can take hikes directly from there or take the train to Cochem. There are many possibilities - only restaurants or life can be found in the next village. But it was perfect for us! Can highly recommend it!

A nice and quiet place. We only stayed here for one night, but it was a perfect stay. Achim and Steffie are quick to respond and do well with this home. We have even made the next booking.

Very nice and clean accommodation in a great area, also easy to reach by public transport. Excellent service as well as quick and smooth communication with the host. Highly recommended for an eventful short trip or hiking holiday in the Middle Rhine Valley!

very nice apartment. Hosts are very friendly and you feel right at home. Very clean and the view is very nice too. The Wi-Fi speed is ~ 50 Mbit/s. On the grounds there are free-range chickens and several cats, one or the other of which you would like to visit the apartment and want to be petted. I am very satisfied. Hosts are available via phone number without problems, unfortunately no one gets in touch via the AirBNB chat, so I would try directly with a phone call. Can definitely recommend!
