Vanaf het terras is vrij uitzicht (op de tuin, paardenbak en weiland). Privé gebruik van een eigen woonkeuken, badkamer, 2 slaapkamers. Prachtig gelegen op een landelijk plek met ruim terras en tuin. Het natuurgebied 't Roegwold en de Fraeylemaborg bevinden zich op loopafstand. Supermarkt 1.5 km. Schildmeer op 7 km. De stad Groningen is goed bereikbaar.

Uw handdoek ligt klaar, het bed is opgemaakt! Geschikt voor 2 personen, complete keuken (vaatwasser, combimagnetron, Senseo switch) zithoek met flatscreen en wifi. Slaapkamer met en suite badkamer (designradiator, vloerverwarming). Eigen ingang, parkeerplaats, terras met zitgelegenheid. Rustig gelegen en maar 10 fietsminuten naar centrum van Veendam. Direct bij ingang van park Borgerswold en een mooi startpunt voor fietstochten, een bezoek aan Groningen ook niet vergeten.

The studio is attractively and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to explore, work or relax the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens, rooster and a sweet dog (staby) Other: kitchenette, free parking on the ground floor.

It is furnished light and harmonious. The house is suitable for couples and singles, not for children. Overnight stay with 2 persons maximum. No pets. Non smoking (except on the terrace). This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos).
