The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward. The host, Julia, was very friendly and always available if needed. Highly recommended!

The ultimate Airbnb boss. It doesn't get any cleaner. Interior design by the Graz master craftsman. Everything was perfect. And there were plenty of parking spaces.

Small cozy apartment in quiet, very nice location, separate entrance, stylish garden, friendly helpful landlords. The area is great for hiking and there are nice restaurants in the surrounding area.

It is definitely the best place to stay in Graz. The place is lovely, with an amazing garden right outside when you open the windows. Georg was amazing. He was always very helpful and kind. The location is perfect because you have access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks, everything you need for a long or short stay. You can walk from there to the most beautiful places in the city because it is right it the middle of it! 20 minute walk to the Uni. This definitely will be the place for me when I come back to Graz. :D

Nice, very well-equipped apartment in the immediate vicinity of supermarket, bakery, tram. Due to the location in the basement, it is a little dark.

We stayed with Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. As with the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.

We had a great stay at Silivia and Andi's place. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and received support at all times with all questions. The apartment in the Mauterhube was as described and renovated to a very high standard. We enjoyed the private sauna and the hot tub very much and extensively. During the day and after our excursions, we enjoyed the seating and lounging areas at the swimming pond and the magnificent view of the Styrian mountains. All in all, we had an outstanding vacation and can recommend the accommodation.
