Andy & Katherine's place is the ultimate retreat in Norfolk. Brand new refurbishment of a lovely watermill in the small town of Loddon. The barn was literally redone from the ground up. It has a massive living area with wooden floors throughout. Aga stove keeps the house warm 24h and it looks lovely. Full gas stove with oven. Two large dining tables. Toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and any appliances you may wish for. Full size dishwasher and washing machine. A large comfortable sofa and a large modern Smart TV. An upright piano and a harpsichord. And a wooden stove! Two bedrooms with double bed, each with TV, bedside tables, power sockets. The bathroom is a gem. It has a sauna! I cannot recommend the place enough. You have to go and see it with your own eyes!

What a wonderful stay we have just had at Dolphins. A cold, stormy weekend but we arrived to a fabulously welcoming home - welcome lights and heating on for us. We immediately felt very at home. The space is lovely; the kitchen has everyone one could need, and the bathroom and bedrooms great and comfy. We've been coming to the area for some years - so happy to have discovered Dolphins. Thank you so much Maureen for being a thoughtful host - we would love to come back!

Such a stunning home from home. Very luxurious feel, was such a treat to spend 3 nights here. We were so cosy and comfortable. Had great dog walks on the beach each day and had everything we needed to come home to. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Really enjoyed a winter break, everything was wonderful and felt like home. Kathy was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to even provide home comforts for our dog.

Beautiful cottage ideally located for Beccles. Cosy and well equipped. Lovely shower and very comfortable bed. Close to Southwold and many other beautiful villages. Parking was not an issue. It was extremely quite and peaceful especially at night .

Jennifer's place was lovely, warm, and very cozy. The bedroom, bathroom, and living space were all incredibly tidy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay great. Jennifer's communication was excellent and checking in and out was very easy.

A lovely few days at Stables Retreat. Maria & Nick were really friendly & welcoming going above & beyond to assist us. Beautiful gardens, cosy & comfortable accommodation well located for places of interest, beaches, towns etc. Spotlessly clean with everything you needed & a very generous welcome hamper of goodies too! Perfect secluded shepherds hut located away from the road and the house. Cosy and very warm from the moment we got there during a wet and stormy December weekend. Lovely thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home….fresh bread, milk, cupcakes, beer in the fridge and crisps on the side 😃 Our first experience in a shepherd’s hut and it was delightful. Lovely spacious hot power shower, big comfortable bed and plenty of living space for the two of us. A great location to visit Southwold, Saxmundham, Aldeburgh, Snape and lovely Suffolk countryside and coastal areas. We loved it and hope to be back 😊
