What a spot! Our family traveled from all over the country for our annual Thanksgiving reunion and Shana’s place met every need for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The house is perfectly set up for a large group - two bedroom wings with full baths (comfortable beds), two cozy living rooms with big comfy couches in each wing under the bedrooms and a large kitchen and dining room with farm table that fit all 10 of us for meals in the middle of the house. There is a full Keurig coffee/tea/coco bar set up (if you have other coffee prep needs bring your own supplies), the kitchen and pantry were good for preparing large meals. The separate game room, outdoor fire pit, and barn full of sweet cats, bunnies, goats, horses, cows and a donkey to visit daily were highlights for everyone. Shana was quick to respond to any questions and she was so helpful when we ran into car trouble - allowing us to stay an extra night. Thank you Shana and Bridgette and all the sweet animals we will miss.

The place was great, the surroundings looked beautiful. Everything was really nice. The place was well equipped but some extra coffee and tea and some toiletries would have added a nice touch. The instructions were very clear.

While our stay was short, Terri was very accommodating. Terri was quick to get back to us when we had questions and her place was perfect for our visit. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at David's cottage! The house was beautiful. Having the two bathrooms was very nice. It was also nice to have separate areas of the rooms and bathrooms. My husband, son and I traveled with my FIL and it was nice that we had our own space and he had his own space. We never felt cramped. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't use the kitchen but it was very nice and looked well equipped. We would have loved to enjoy the grounds but was short on time. It would be so nice to come back when it's warmer and explore! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks David!

This trip was spectacular. Peter did a phenomenal job hosting us. He was super responsive and was always there to help. It had snowed the day before and Peter shoveled the driveway and messaged us to make sure we were okay on our trip there. I would recommend this place a million times over.

We are return customers of the Cottage House. This is home-away-from-home for us. We travel from FL to stay long-term to visit our NY families. Susan & Steve are gracious hosts - a couple you would love to have as your neighbors. We will be returning for our fourth year.
