Very nice accommodation with access to water but no beach per se. It's quiet and we didn't have any noise disturbances because of the neighborhood, even sleeping with the windows open. Very friendly, responsive host. We would recommend this listing.

Superior Fare Opuhi Bungalow

RhiannaRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We had the best stay at marks place, a true home away from home. Him and his family are wonderful hosts, and help you get the most out of Moorea. We stayed with our 7 month old baby and the place couldn’t have been better. The house is so homely, the photos really don’t do it justice! The section is a slice of paradise, set away from the hussle and bussle, the perfect spot to relax. Our home was cleaned daily which was such a treat! We also found our favourite food spots on the whole island were nearby, and the most beautiful beach is about 10 minutes drive. Marks place is the perfect spot for excellent surfing. He also had kayaks, scooters and bikes for you to use. 10/10 stay we will be back again!
A bungalow stands amidst lush greenery, featuring vibrant green and blue exterior walls. Large windows let in ample natural light, framed by palm trees. A stone path leads to the entrance, creating a welcoming approach to the serene retreat.

honeymoon reef bungalow on a motu

CindyRating, 5 stars20 months ago
So sad to leave! This was truly a small slice of paradise. We stayed for 3 nights during our honeymoon and Ilona truly treated us very well! The dinners scrumptious and the sunsets unforgettable. Plan to disconnect and enjoy swimming in the ocean. Good snorkeling and the lagoon side so fun to play in. Bring extra beverages, bug spray and plan to stay for a few days. You can book tours through Ilona to make transfers more straightforward. We will be back!
A lush garden pathway is bordered by vibrant tropical plants. A small pond is visible, featuring water lilies and a fish pond, surrounded by well-maintained grass. Tall palm trees rise above, offering shade and a serene atmosphere.

Mark is a guy of his own. His charming nature is also reflected in the accommodation, which he personally created with a lot of love for detail. He lives it all too…and his attitude is always positive and very accommodating. We had an unforgettable time at Mark's Place, which is a little gem.

Lovely stay on the beach; the place looked the photos and had all listed amenities. . Centrally located and close proximity to the ferry. We walked along the beach to the Sofitel hotel to snorkel, which was amazing!! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for modest accommodations right on the beach . Hosts were friendly and helpful and offered excellent suggestions for food and activities along with local insights.

Hiana Bungalow – lagoon view with private beach

EvaniaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This place is an absolute dream. The beach, mountains and garden are indescribable, something you have to just see for yourself. Karine is beyond the perfect host, from the moment we arrived she had stories to tell and island knowledge to give. Her family was very charming as well, everyone we met contributed to the lasting memories we will take with us. We spent our mornings kayaking, snorkeling and just hanging out on the beach. This place left us feeling relaxed and grateful we found this little piece of paradise on Mo'orea. At the end of the property is this perfect little family run place to eat called Chez Martine, definitely will want to eat at their patio. If you need anything else there is a market within walking distance. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer, our time here was beyond amazing.
A lofted sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with a colorful floral blanket. Soft towels are neatly placed at the foot of the bed. The sloped ceiling showcases a rustic wood structure, and natural light filters in through a small window.

I had a wonderful stay at Moët’s waterfront lagoon-side bungalow villa. The location was stunning, with crystal clear waters and peaceful surroundings, excellent for snorkelling, fishing, and stargazing at night. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed . My host was kind, welcoming, and helpful. It has all the amenities that you need. The kitchen, showers, and bathrooms are shared. This setup is for adventure/nature lovers looking to connect with nature, etc, and enjoy authentic experiences.

Tiki Beach, Pool & Breakfast "te Moana"

Jo-AnnieRating, 5 starstoday
Tiki Beach was paradise! The grounds were private, safe and easy to get to the main road. The room was modern. Cozy, with everything you need to cook a meal if you wanted too and the super market was close. Breakfast provided was yummy and the ladies were always so sweet and attentive! You need a car, but it's close to the airport, ferry, gas, shops and restaurants. It really felt like home! The pool was really nice and you can access the beach. It's not a beach to lay out per se, but beautiful to go for a walk, watch the sunset and rise...I'd have my coffee at the stairs leading to the beach every morning, just a few a steps from my bungalow! I'll def be coming back to this place! You won't be disappointed!

Moorea - Bungalow Moekea Lagoon

AbigailRating, 5 stars1 month ago
As a home for our first time on Moorea, this Airbnb was really wonderful. Despite its small size, the accommodation had what we needed and offered us a nice rest on the island for a one-night stay. The place was spectacular, the private and direct access to the lagoon was magical. Thanks to the map that was available to us in the accommodation, as well as access to kayaks, we were able to fully enjoy what this little corner of paradise could offer us. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the fact that we didn't communicate directly with the host but with some kind of agency. I didn't normally mind, but I was getting emails and messages from several managers at the same time for this listing. I quickly lost track of who I had spoken to each time and it did not seem to me that the managers communicated with each other about my booking.

It is a kind of small park with six detached cottages of various sizes, at some distance from the main road, against the hillside. Well equipped. A small swimming pool to cool off, beautiful view, and ideally suited for those who want a quiet vacation. Julia and her husband are warm people who are happy to provide you with information, and who also speak good English. In short: great!

Henri was amazing! The place was just as described and being so close to the beach was great. Such a great location. If you are getting a car I would recommend getting one at the airport and not from the one close to the rental. It is called Tims car rental. They were not the best company. Everything else was perfect! Thanks Henri for being so accommodating!

Sandra's place was perfect. We really enjoyed the fresh fruit waiting for us in the fridge, the folded towels with the little soaps on the bed, as well as the beach towels available! This really shows his attention to detail and attention to visitors. Easy to find, instructions are clear, and the home is close to everything on Mo'orea. The shower is really superb, the bed very comfortable, the A/C much appreciated. We would definitely recommend.
