Private suite vacation rentals in French Polynesia

It was a wonderful stay at Fare Bamboo. We enjoyed it a lot. Isabelle ia a very friendly host. The room was beautiful and with very nice polynesien decoration and art pieces. The bed is king size and very comfortable. Outside there is a nice place to sit in the garden and a wonderful swimming pool! Thanks a lot!

We loved staying at Chebi’s Airbnb. It was in a gated community up on the mountains. The view was spectacular. We even stayed in one night to grill and enjoy the property. Chebi was also so friendly and was helpful in giving us local recommendations! We definitely would stay again and recommend any others to book this place.

Séjour impeccable, logement fidèle à la description. Le petit bout de plage à proximité est un bonheur et l'accès à pied depuis le ferry acosté a Fare se fait bien ! Et les tarifs préférentiels chez Europecar juste à côté du logement sont plus qu'appréciables ! Bernard et Linda sont vraiment accueillants, merci !

Elisabeth et Gil sont des hôtes hyper accueillants et généreux, avec l'envie de vous connaître et de partager, sans être intrusifs pour autant, et c'est ce qui donne son caractère unique à cet hébergement. Ils m'ont "surclassés" dans le bungalow, qui ressemble aux cases antillaises que j'aime tant, et j'y étais comme dans un petit cocon. J'ai adoré le cadre en pleine nature, les nuits paisibles, le matelas incroyablement confortable, et le fait d'être sur la côte est, plus authentique, mais à deux pas du port et de la plus belle plage de l'île. Un peu moins la pluie qui n'a cessé de tomber pendant une semaine, mais pour le coup, j'ai vraiment joué de malchance... :) NB : concernant le chemin d'accès à leur propriété, il est en partie asphalté, l'autre partie (très courte) est certes parsemée de quelques nids de poule, mais franchement rien d'insurmontable avec un scooter (et encore moins avec une voiture), il y bien bien pire un peu partout sur l'île !

I loved staying at Taina’s place! It has everything you need for a nice stay and the space is bigger than it looks on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for a nice stay and the little patio is wonderful and private. Make sure to get the GPS location from Taina to locate the place easily as it can be hard to find the first time, especially at night. Location is convenient to explore the west coast of Tahiti, and the amazing snorkeling on Vaiava beach is only a 10 minute drive from Taina’s place. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Ethel et Tuterai ont été des hôtes formidable, le logement était très bien placé surtout l’accès mer et de plus ils m’ont accueilli très tôt pour mon arrivé en Polynésie. Un énorme merci à eux !

When you think of beachfront, this is it! You can hear waves at night, even with the windows shut, and it's very private. The directions to reach the property are confusing. Coming from the ferry or airport, you pass the Golden Lake restaurant (it's fantastic, BTW!) on the right. You'll pass a small dirt lane on your right, and at the next dirt lane - where there is a large green utility box and a bus shelter - turn right. From there, you drive down a dirt path past a radio antennae on your left, then follow the path right. There are some large holes in the road so drive carefully. You will see a sign that says Aroa Villa Pension on your left. Pass it, and take the next small dirt drive on your left. Once you know the way it's easy to find. As others have noted, the place is very clean. The wifi is not very reliable, and we did not find mobile phone service very good, either. Bring water shoes for snorkeling. It's a wonderful private beach experience. Rent a car for flexibility!

Un super beau logement dans une superbe partie de Tahiti ! On a super bien été accueillis et les hôtes sont vraiment au top. Tout était parfait, rien à dire de plus !

Bungalow privé au sein du logement familial, le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, et surtout propre Un vrai cocon polynésien ☀️ Marc a été extrêmement gentil, disponible pour nous accueillir et nous conseiller Le gros plus : la plage privée à quelques mètres, avec d'incroyables snorkeling et couchers de soleil Le seul regret : ne pas y être restés plus longtemps 🥲

Min-Thi and fernand where great hosts. We broke the toilette cover during our stay, and they reacted perfectly....it was an accident, we paid for the replacement and that was it. The unit is in perfect condition, and the neighborhood quiet. I would recommend adding a blanket and a night reading lamp in the room. Will definitely stay there again.
