Beautiful apartment clean and facing the sea.

The apartment is as described with beautiful sea views. It is clean, well maintained, and the bedding is of quality. Agnes was very responsive and available to respond to all our requests, convenient apartment for a pleasant stay in Lancieux.

I'll confirm all the other reviews: the place Julie and Romain offers is a gem ✨ Located right next to the saltwater pool, in low season we managed to park on the street and with free parking on Sundays it was perfect! The accommodation is even better than in the photo, we see that it is an apartment where the owners live, everything is thought out and in its place! It feels like a friend's home, the amenities are so many and quality! Thank you Julie and Romain for this stay which reflects your generosity.

Transition from 7 to December at Julien and Solene's accommodation. The accommodation is impeccable, it feels 😉like a home. Very well located, close to the port, the beach. Binic is lively even at this time of year. Close to restaurants and cafe bar. Thanks to Julien and Solene for the restaurant ideas requested. They are very responsive hosts. I would definitely recommend this accommodation very well located and comfortable. I'll come back to that..

great apartment in a very good location and very well equipped. the cleaning was extremely clean. the apartment is very well located in the heart of Dinard and on the beach of Saint-aignoga. there is everything you need next to the apartment on foot. the only small downside was that it was not a double bed but two single mattresses stick together. we notified David and a solution was found with a double sheet the size of the bed. I recommend it without problem.

Great stay, brilliant location right next to a beautiful stretch of beach at Sillon and a short walk (10-15 mins) to the town, port, train station. lots of local restaurants. A few of recommendations (with a 3 year old): 1. there is an outdoor bar /cafe next to the beach in the old town and the food was surprisingly good and it was great to children to play, whilst the adults ate. 2. Dinard is a 10 min boat trip away and worth a day trip for the beach and atmosphere. 3. There is a great market with everything you could want (not sure which days it is open), near the train station, but the produce in other parts is not so great. 4. There is a day trip to Mount st Michel, but tricky with a pram (2000 steps). 5. Food is very hit and miss in the old town, the cafes with the stickers in the windows are generally very good though.

Lovely house in a very nice area. good seafood and places to eat and buy provisions. Everything you could want is provided. parking isn't easy but we always found a spot. host is honest and straight forward. we will return and recommend highly!!

Very beautiful house with nice amenities and a beautiful view of the harbor that you don't get tired of. Great location for hiking. A grocery store nearby, open every day, and run by a super friendly person. Rest and relaxation guaranteed. A big thank you to Alexia for hosting us and for her availability.

Danielle and Philippe were great hosts. They were present if needed, while being very discreet. The accommodation, although located in the city center, is quiet and the only noise we heard was birdsong. The bedroom, as well as the entire living room-kitchen overlooks a pleasant garden, perfect for bubbling, lunch, dinner or reading! It has all the equipment for cooking, and there is everything you need in the shower room. The little extra: the little welcome gifts (compote, blueberries, cider and crepes), absolutely adorable! And thank you to Balto for his daily hugs. What a wonderful dog! We warmly recommend this place and its hosts

We had a pleasant time in this lovely cozy accommodation, very well renovated and especially decorated. For a moment of calm and relaxation, I highly recommend this place

The place is extremely quiet, you feel like you're alone in the world at the bottom of this cul-de-sac. The beach 5 min walk is a huge plus and all shops are 5-10 min drive away. The house is very original because of its slightly separate rooms but it is in no way disturbing because everything is well thought out. Alain always responds and gives great tips. If I had to give a downside, it's the pillows that are really very old and in poor condition. New sponges would also have been appreciated. But I shared this with Alain who I am sure will do what is necessary given his responsiveness.

Great apartment very well equipped and great location

Beautiful stay in a very clean apartment, very well equipped, electrical appliances like home. Bed made on arrival, very good bedding. We had the essentials (coffee, oil, vinegar, etc.). Parking space is a plus. The views from the balcony were sublime. Jacqueline welcomed us very cordially. We recommend this property and will be sure to come back.

Communication was straightforward and clear. Shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away. Parking in the garage was also very beneficial.
