We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Close to the cape, we also provide bicycles to discover the surrounding area! An unusual habitat, installed at the bottom of the garden offers 2 extra beds in the summer for a night under the stars!

I am renting out a fully renovated 30 m2 studio, a 200 m walk from the large beach of St-Cast-le-Guildo, in a residence with a swimming pool open in July and August.
