Wow wow wow, from the booking to the checking in Elise was so exceptional, the place is an absolute gem, its beautiful clean and would definitely come back. My kids loved it. Elise is such a caring person, she kept checking up on us since we were coming from jozi. I have never felt so special as a guest. We truly appreciate everything. Amazing host and amazing place

We had a delightful stay at Scottburgh were the accommodation provided more than we expected and the hosts were affable and convivial. The accommodation is spacious with spectacular views across the ocean, meaning we could frequently capture humpback whales breaching. Gillian's place was warm, despite it being SA winter time, with all the appliances (e.g. dishwasher, oven, tv) and amenities (pool, direct beach access, grass area, nearby restaurants) for an enjoyable stay. All communication with Gillian was on point, straightforward and informative, with a willingness to help and be flexible.

The place was exactly as described. Clean with great views and the beach is a stones throw away. The canal was also a marvel.

Unfortunately, we didn't stay long enough, to be able to fully appreciate this place. Very clean, large, excellent bedding and especially large terrace with ocean view. In addition, Lucinda and Erika guide you and follow you wonderfully, so you can arrive as serenely as possible. Thanks to them 🐦‍⬛🌻🐞🌞

We had a great stay, Jackie And Bruce was very accomodating. The beach was tranquile and private. The Sardine run was Epic, and unexpecting bonus.

My family and I loved the place, its spacious. Access to private beach and lots to do around the area. Would definitely go back there again. Lovely hosts 🤍

Great place for a peaceful getaway. A few steps to the beach. Quiet, relaxing and safe atmosphere. 24hr guards gave us peace of mind.

We loved it! We will definitely return. The place is homely, beautifully furnished, fantastic views. Initially there were issues with the TV but Charles sorted it for us quick quick. If we have one reservation: the maid is not very good with dishes. I would maybe just check in with her - wash with hot soapy water and dry before packing away. We wanted a safe, away from the hustle & bustle place, comfortably furnished with an excellent view of the sea - 10/10!!!

This house is a little gem on the south coast, a hidden paradise where you can come and unpack and unwind. From the sweeping views of the ocean and views of dolphins and whales to the beautifully and thoughtfully decorated home. We had everything we needed and the host was so helpful! We will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The place offered a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after work. It was conveniently located close to our workplace and within easy reach of all necessary amenities, making everything super accessible. The host was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of convenience and relaxation!

We enjoyed the family time with our fur friens in the spacious and comfortable house. What a bonus to have an en- suite bathroom to every room. We felt very safe while taking doggies for walks in the neighbourhood and to the beach.

Beautiful and well maintained place. Very clean, well put together and free from clutter. We loved every minute of our stay.

The place was exceptional,clean next to the beach

Brent's place was exactly what we were looking for: convenient, direct access to the beach, close to the restaurants and dive centre, and with amazing views (and the calming sound of the waves). Communication with Brent went smoothly, which was much appreciated as we booked véry last minute (about 3 hours before arrival). The flat was a bit dusty when we arrived, as - understandably - they could not get it cleaned before our arrival on such short notice. But that was rectified the next morning, and then it was sparkling clean. We will definitely consider staying at the flat again next time we drive down to Scottburgh.

A beautiful place with everything you need to have a comfortable stay

What a great experience. If you're an early riser who enjoys a good sunrise, set your alarm clock and make your way out of bed to the balcony. I promise it's worth it. Among the best sunrises I've watched and filmed! AND, an absolute bonus on our final early morning on the balcony... Dolphins surfing in the waves, whales coming up for air, and even potential shark breaches in the background! Plus I must mention the wealth of nature sounds and bird life in view. Between Jared and Erika, they did a great job hosting us. Definitely visiting again in the near future.
