Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Franklin County

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

I was there for a month with my wife and my baby and no complaints, we felt like home… the only bad thing was we wanted to stay one more week. It it was already booked… Highly recommended

I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was exactly like the listing pictures, it was even more spacious than I expected. Super clean, comfortable bed and couches, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were also very communicative and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Great apartment, perfect location to explore Columbus! The space is huge and nicely decorated with lots of attention to detail like locally made toiletries and a sound machine to help with the bar noise downstairs. The bar had great food and drinks, super convenient having it right downstairs. Easy street parking out front. Highly recommend this stay for your Columbus visit!

My sister-in-law described her stay as “top notch!” As a western North Carolina resident she particularly enjoyed the ravine setting. But she also loved the beautiful space provided by Nancy. We would both highly recommend this place and would use again.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Ado’s rentals, and like our first stay, this one didn’t disappoint as well. Ado responds very quickly to texts and the location is perfect for when we visit our son at school. We will be back!

great location if you're looking to walk to and from rumba cafe for any events there, but would definitely recommend walking with a group at night as the area can feel unsafe walking alone. note that this is unit was built as a single home, but has been split up into 2 or 3 separate units, so the walls and floors are thin so quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am are important to abide by. if you're looking to have dinner with friends at this location, I would recommend going out for dinner as regular dinner conversations are too loud due to the thin walls. outside of that, if you're looking for a reasonably priced Airbnb in the area and don't mind some potential noise from fellow units, would definitely recommend! overall enjoyed our stay, thank you Matt & Lori!

Beautiful home!! Close to Ohio State and a ton of food choices!!

My friends & I had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive when the upstairs guests were extremely loud and they took care of the problem. The place was very nice, beds comfortable and they had all the little things that elevate an Airbnb to another level. There were snacks, coffee, creamer, different teas, bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner and soap and cotton rounds and q-tips. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone, we really appreciated the hosts kindness and responsiveness.

Very cute and clean place in a wonderful neighborhood that was walking distance to every place we wanted to go. I had forgotten my bag with all of my toiletries in it, but there were some convenience toiletries in the bathroom so I only had to get a couple of things at CVS. I felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet at night. The bed was super firm which my husband loved. Street parking was a little bit of a challenge and we ended up getting a parking ticket because the no parking sign was located quite a bit behind where we parked. We would stay there again.

Matthew’s place was easy to find with great check-in instructions along with plenty of street parking. The house was warm, cozy and very inviting! Our group stayed only one night but I highly suggest Matthew’s place! The neighborhood is walkable and very convenient to bars, restaurants, etc. Overall, we had an awesome experience and will book this house again!

We enjoyed our time at Xiaomei’s. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, but now our family is in several states. We booked the house so 6 of us could stay together and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal in a home setting. We ordered our meal; we did not cook at Xiaomei’s. We were very comfortable there! Some of my family walked through German Village and enjoyed a delicious meal at Schmidt’s. I recommend the area if you have a rental car as there is not much to do in walking distance. I did notice a bus stop pretty close to Xiaomei’s, so you may be able to take the city bus where you want to go. It would be worth checking.

Had a wonderful stay with friends and family. Great house. Kitchen was full of cook ware. Bed &Bathrooms extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again!!

Nancy's place was conviently located to restaurants and plenty of things to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe staying there. The house had everything we needed and felt like home away from home. Very clean with easy check-in and check out instructions. Would definitely recommend!

Larry’s place was great for a quick stay! I was familiar with the neighborhood before booking. The place is decorated adorably and check in was very seamless. I would definitely stay again!

Stop looking for places and just get this one. I’m the type to search for the *perfect spot. Don’t be me. Don’t waste your time. Just go ahead and book this one. You will NOT regret it! Great place if you are looking to be in the middle of the action in Short North. I was in town for a conference at the convention center which was only a couple blocks away. Super convenient location and the place was very clean and charming. Overall a great stay.

Very perfect experience here. I love the sweet fragrance in the room. Everything is tidy and bright. It's a real comfortable and quiet place to stay. However, since both my friend and I prefer to sleep on a firmer surface, we didn't use the sofa as a place to sleep. In addition, if you are not used to walking barefoot on the floor, you may need to bring your own slippers for backup. The area is very convenient, with a large Kroger nearby where you can buy things. Overall, it's a really great experience, and we love it here.

The place was exactly as described including the orange bed spread! Across from the convention center…..wake up, roll out of a comfortable bed, Grab a cup of coffee (thanks mark for the Kurig and coffee), and walk across the street. The only bad part was the noise from the bars, so be aware, but Mark also provided a noise machine.

This spot is in a great location! There’s a ton of restaurants and a nice park near by. It’s also walking distance to Nationwide stadium. The space was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again when visiting.

My family and I stayed at the property while we visited family nearby. The location was perfect for us, close to family but also close to a grocery store and restaurants. The arcade games in the basement were a big plus with our kids, giving them lots to keep them entertained. The decor and furnishings were very nicely updated.

The location was perfect—close to North Market, and many restaurants.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great recommendations and even a few special touches that made me feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Comfortable bed, Hot shower, and cozy place with all things you need for your stay. It's the middle of everything college town. So many restaurants and Kroger (grocery store) is right across the street. Douglas offered a flexible check in, gave recommendations and even left treats for my service dog. We will stay here again!
