Vacation rentals with a pool in Franklin County

My friends and I have been coming to the Brick House for years for a girls weekend. We love the location and the house has all our needs. The owners are very easy to work with and accommodating. We will be back.

Carole’s place is a real gem. Nestled in the trees, I fell asleep to cicadas and awakened to birdsong. Centrally located to the venue for which I traveled to Union. Hosts (and doggos) were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We were thrilled to interact with the animals so freely and appreciated Cathy taking time to tell us the backstory of each of them. Cathy and Bert provided excellent hospitality and even went above and beyond with providing regular weather updates during a wild storm. We will definitely return.

This is a really cool place to stay if you are near St. Louis. It has a bunch to do on property, with really nice communal areas, but you still have the connivence of a private room. Would definitely recommend!

Justin and Kati have created a really welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Our children absolutely loved our night at the homestead, playing in the beautiful surroundings and sleeping in the cozy RV. I would high recommend for families looking for an escape!

Our stay at the Berger Guesthouse was so lovely! Richard was so friendly as were the animals we encountered. The bed was so comfy and the views were fantastic. We will be back!

Amazing experience. We had a girls trip planned and our other airbnb fell through at the last minute. Somehow, this home was still available and it really became a blessing in disguise! The home is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are so so helpful! Answered every question I had before the trip very quickly. We had trouble connecting to the wifi and I sent the host a text and he called me right away to assure us he was on it and it was fixed within the hour! Would’ve loved to book this home again for my wedding but it’s already booked for that weekend.

Relaxing and beautiful setting. Spent most mornings and evenings enjoying the elevated outside porch listening to nature and watching the sun set. The home was clean, had everything needed and was beautifully decorated. Would not have even known that the host was in the same location. Would highly recommend this location!
