Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Exclusive farmhouse wood-burning stove, WaterRower

Spend the night in a completely renovated farmhouse from 1907 surrounded by lush meadows in a central location. Temporary remote office, stopover, short break or accommodation for business travelers. The region is also perfect for cyclists. You get fast fiber optic internet via WLAN or cable. TV with Netflix, Disney+ and amazon Prime. In the rooms you will find a workstation with printer and monitor at your free disposal.

Old locksmith's shop

The "Alte Schlosserei" was built in 1850 and renovated in recent years with a lot of love for detail. The connection between old and modern gives this place its special style. The large, spacious living room is particularly cozy thanks to the gas fireplace. The two sleeping areas have three rooms with a total of five beds. Two double beds and a single bed. Each of the two sleeping areas has its own en-suite bathroom.

I am happy to welcome you to our new guest apartment. Ideal for a stopover on your trip, but much too good for just one night. Nearby is the local inn, where you can indulge in culinary delights. We are extremely conveniently located (A9 and A72) to explore the surrounding area. (Green Belt, Franconian Forest, Slate Mountains, Saxon Saale)

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
