Cozy Basement apartment near Torp airport, train station, boat to Sweden and only 2km to walk to the city center. Here you have most of the time you need to stay. If you have a car, you can park right outside. Possibility to sit outside in front of the apartment and use the garden if desired. Europris , Coop Xtra and Menu, Pharmacy in walking distance from the apt. We are a family of 3+2 cats living in the house above. We have an active girl of soon 6, so a little life and touch in the house is. Good play buddy if someone has kids :)

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A flight of stairs is needed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with trouble walking. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning in summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 mins by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

The house has 3 bedrooms (one larger and two smaller), two small living rooms (one can be used for extra bedrooms), a large and well equipped kitchen and large hallway. One living room is today used as a playroom. Here are both books and toys you can use The house is a short distance to both swimming facilities, coastal path and city centre.

We rent out a basement apartment of about 40 m2 in our residence. The house is located in a quiet residential area, only about 500 meters from the city and the harbor. In the area behind the house is Hjertnesskogen, where there are nice views of the city and the fjord. There is private parking inside the plot, and there is access to a large garden in front of the house. The apartment has a separate entrance and there is a small patio available.

Lovely view of the sea from a large terrace with sun until late at night. Nice for 2 adults and 2 children. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and the other with a bed (120x200) and smaller bed 160x70. Private parking lot at carport. Modern apartment with own entrance.

We had a wonderful & idyllic stay at Tobias' place. Even in rainy weather, you can snuggle in and have a real cinema feeling thanks to the projector! The accommodation is well equipped and located in nature, from the kitchen & bed you can look directly at the water. We felt very at home and comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Tobias always responded in a friendly and timely manner.
