great place, well worth the price with lots of space. 5 rooms, 4 with own full bathrooms. about 5 min walk to beach, convenience store, main strip with all the restaurants. felt very safe walking around with my daughter. air conditioning worked great with separate units in each room that worked very quickly. hosts were very helpful with advice or guidance on the house and the area

everything was very well, the truth is a really place to rest if you're looking for something like that, if you're an executive or family vacation it's perfect, no noise, no danger because it's in private, you have pretty much everything on hand. great

A perfect stay! I had a wonderful experience in this house. It was a family trip. From the very beginning, Ramona was incredibly attentive and helpful, responding to my messages quickly and making sure everything was in order. The house itself is impeccable, clean and very well organized, which made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Access is very easy, which was a great relief upon arrival. The location is excellent; there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away, and the beach is so close that it was a pleasure to be able to enjoy the sea at any time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The images are accurate, the amenities of the subdivision are also excellent.

We really liked the apartment is very comfortable and clean, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, it is on the ground floor and privileged location in front of the pool and the area is very quiet and very close to the sea.

This is a wonderful location in Mazatlan. You are really close to the center of the historic city and to the beach! Place has a rooftop with amazing views and the kitchen on the rooftop is also very nice. Can highly recommend this airbnb

The place is small but very clean and functional. Estela made sure we felt safe and welcome throughout the stay. The only bad thing is that since there are amenities, there is noise on weekends at night due to the other tenants in the building.

excellent condominium, very nice and easy access to block and a half from the beach excellent location, the magnificent apartment, I highly recommend staying with Erick Fernando, a super pleasant stay, he always attentive to our questions. the beds are super comfortable. the whole apartment is spotless. i hope to return very soon Mazatlan to all dar 🙂🤗🤗

Everything was excellent with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean when I arrived and Lorena was always available to answer questions. Very well located.

Excellent facilities such as play areas, heated pool, mini-golf, all areas are clean, very friendly staff, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. Very nice apartment. Very good security. It's worth the price and the host is super friendly and attentive at all times.

The host was very friendly and gave us excellent directions and tips for our stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very nice and with a quiet atmosphere, ideal for resting. The heated pool was amazing. In addition, it has space to store clothes, several trash cans and a mini kitchen, which made the stay even more comfortable. I will definitely be back.

The Pearl Tower is an awsome property with epic views of the ocean and romantic sunsets enjoyed in your private balcony. The condo was just as described and wonderfully furnished for a private getaway or enough room for family and friends. Maria was super easy to communicate with and Alonzo was super friendly. I would highly recommend for short getaways or extended vacations in Mazatlan.

Everything was excellent, good surveillance, a better living room armchair would not hurt, and a dining chair for six, there are five, and the maximum is six guests. Better quality toilet paper and coffee that is not available. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. Overall everything was very good. Regards, and they are minimal things, everything is excellent.
