QUIET VILLA (Comfortable, great location)

Very comfortable and private. It has an equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, dining room, dishes for 4, iron, ironing board, air conditioning (mini-split), cable TV, Wi-Fi, jacuzzi and laundry area. With a nice family atmosphere. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the following areas: Valentinos Beach, Zona Dorada (bars and restaurants), Malecón, Soriana, Gran Plaza, Galleries, Banks. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and families (with children).

Lovely newly renovated one bedroom house

Cada espacio es nuevo y agradable, buena iluminacion y ventilación, con cochera privada para carro pequeño. El departamento es completo para los huéspedes, cerca de super mercados y paradas de camiones 5 minutos caminando y 10 minutos camion o taxi de la playa o zona dorada. Everything in this lovely one bedroom house is completely new throughout. It also has a private grageas. It is a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and about a 10 minute bus or taxi ride to the beach and the Golden Zone.

Es una casa grande con tres departamentos aislados muy cómodos y privados. Cuenta con alberca y patio muy agradable para esparcimiento área que se comparte entre los dos deptos. Ubicada a 50 metros del mar. Muy cerca del centro histórico y de zonas turísticas llenas de restaurantes, mercados y muchos atractivos. Ciudad con vida nocturna y actividad cultural, fiestas tradicionales (como el Carnaval) y sitios de interés (pueblos rurales, etc.). Muy cerca de la zona de carnaval.

Cozy apartment full of natural light in the heart of Mazatlan, one block away from the city's cathedral and plazuela machado, surrounded with restaurants, bars, convenience stores and even the iconic Angela Peralta Theatre. The apartment is located in a first flor with no elevator access, the street where the apartment is located is small and very quiet most of the day. If you walk for 5 minutes you will arrive to the beach, Olas Altas.

All needs covered in one space. Half-covered room with a barbecue and separate bathroom. Spaces and very spacious and illuminated rooms, each room has its minisplit, smart tv screen with cable and Netflix services. Rooms, living room, dining room and kitchen all have air conditioning as well as internet (Wifi) throughout the house. The location of the house is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Malecon Beach and Golden Zone.
