Lovely apartment close to the city centre. I would recommend.

Fantastic stay! The apartment as in the photos, the location is unbeatable, close to the old town. Being able to park the car in the parking is ideal. Ramón is super attentive, and always willing to help. The best host I've ever met Thank you for everything, we will come back!

We have been staying 5 couples and the feeling is of being at home, they have been paying attention to us to facilitate the stay and have not had any inconvenience in the flexibility of time to adapt to our flights both in and out. The Palacete is perfect for having rest, coexistence and close to Oviedo for sightseeing, without a doubt to repeat.

We were very comfortable and comfortable, the apartment is very nice and bright and the host was great, she was attentive to everything and open to help and answer any questions. We went for a quiet and relaxing find and so it has been, but it is close to downtown and has things around to do, we went out for a walk and drinks, and we went up until the moment of the Christ with the car without a problem, because that is another, that has garage to leave the car left us much more quiet. The apartment was very well equipped with everything if you wanted to cook or clean something that stained anything else or to do laundry, etc. We will definitely repeat when we come back!!!

Perfect place in a beautiful setting to relax and explore part of Asturias. Close enough to town so that running errands is easy and isolated enough to feel that you are somewhat alone. Jose Luis and Silvia were always easy to reach and did provide clear explanations as to how to get there, how to get in, etc.

The stay in the molin of Ines was fantastic! A beautiful location, in the middle of nowwhere, in a cozy mill cottage along a stream with cozy fireplace. Communication with Ines was amazing! She was helpful, thought along with us and gave a delicious cheese from the region herself. We'd love to come back!

The stay turned out to be great! Tino has been in touch at all times and there was no problem. The house was tidy and the views are appreciated for the window, especially for the day. The location is somewhat out of the way but in seven minutes you reach Proaza where you can make more life, so great. Thank you Tino!! We recommend it to anyone who likes nature and tranquility.

We enjoyed our stay at Emilio's house. It is wonderfully quiet and idyllic in the middle of nature and offers a wonderful view of the Monsacro (mountain with religious significance). In the afternoon we enjoyed the autumn sun on the terrace in front of the house. The typical Asturian stone house is lovingly decorated with lots of beautiful details. We didn't miss anything, and Emilio was always quick to respond to our questions. All around there are some other typical Asturian stone houses with friendly residents and their equally friendly animals. We felt like we were being transported to another time, away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Nevertheless, the paths are short: you can drive to Oviedo in only 20 minutes, and the beaches and the colorful coastal villages are also easily accessible via the highway. Already, barely 24 hours at home, we yearn back and miss the reputation of the owl at night. In short: Thank you Emilio, we would like to come back!

i can only say thank you very much for everything to Isaac ,our host,without a doubt when we return,we will leave again our adventure from the boat, a charming little house!
