charming house with a pleasant garden. large windows with sunlight! very nice stay, shops and restaurants within walking distance. perfect also with a car to get to nearby hikes and Fontainebleau and Nemours 15/20 min away. friendly host, our 6 year old son was delighted with the Legos available and the few books. we'll remember the address!

A break and a cocoon of sweetness minutes from Paris! We just got back from our weekend with friends and we were completely won over by the bucolic setting of our accommodation. The villa was spacious, friendly, with all the necessary amenities and more than enough for groups as large as ours, we didn't want for anything. Although the accommodation is secluded and quiet, it's just a few minutes' walk to local shops for groceries. The big plus was the beautiful garden overlooking a small river with boats and kayaks available, and where we took the opportunity to picnic. Finally, a great host, we didn't get a chance to meet but François was super responsive, available and accommodating to us, on our many requests! It was a real pleasure to chat with someone so friendly.

We had a wonderful 1,5 months stay with two kids. The place is just amazing, even better than in the photos! Jean and Carole were great hosts, we felt very welcome the whole time. We have been, during these 2 days, all the time outside, including meals, to enjoy all the sports activities of the estate with, it must be admitted, exceptional sunshine and warmth for this season. It will be a beautiful memory.

Kevin was a great host. We very much enjoyed our one night stay in Fontainebleau. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was very prompt with responses. I will say 2 things to know in advance: 1 if it's too cold let Kevin know he can turn the heaters up, I didn't do this because I didn't know so we were pretty cold but it was manageable. And 2, if you are a light sleeper like I am bring ear buds to cancel out the sound. I always have problems sleeping with noises so I always carry my ear buds with me, and I had no problem falling asleep. It was a magnificent apartment, and if we ever returned we will definitely try to book Kevin's ppace again. Thank you!
