Vacation rentals in Forca Sant'Angelo

It's really simple. If this penthouse isn't available for my trip, I will have to change my dates. I will not risk an inferior experience by staying anywhere else in Rome. If you can book this place on your trip and you don't, you're making a huge mistake. The host has a team on everything. You can't understand how amazing the terrace is. You literally have a penthouse at the top of a building with a 360-degree views. In the morning, walk out your bedroom doors and have a Capuchino as the sun rises over Rome as you watch and listen to the bustling street of Via Cavour. In the evening, enjoy a nice bottle of wine over panoramic views of this ancient city as the sun sets in the background. Location is perfect. Your 500 yards from the Forum. Come out your secured entrance to the building and walk 500 yards down Via Cavour. Grab a table and some breakfast as you look over the Forum and the Palatine Hill. This is a multi-million-dollar penthouse. Our experience was priceless.

This apartment is nothing short of spectacular in every way possible! Between the stunning high ceilings, incredible location, and views from both roof tops patios, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Rome.This is the type of apartment that can make a great trip to Rome a truly unforgettable one. We couldn’t recommend this place anymore. When we return to Rome, we will absolutely stay again.

Andriana was so thoughtful and sweet! She spent a good amount of time helping us navigate to and from the airport, showed us all the ins and outs of the building, and even let us store our bags for a few hours after check out so my fiancé and I could keep exploring Rome comfortably. This place is like paradise with beautiful views and a wonderful host who offers excellent recommendations. The first thing I loved about being hosted by Pietro was that he saw to it that my family and I were well fed. Usually, at other Airbnbs at least, you are sort of left to fend for yourself, which can be difficult when acclimating to the new environment on the first night. I really, really appreciate Pietro's thoughtful considerations for my family and I. We will definitely be back when we visit Italy again, and next time for a bit longer!! My wife loved the fact that we ate at our very first Michelin restaurant, too, all thanks to Pietro! Grazie mille!

The location is incredible you are truly right at the Spanish Steps. The glass bench on the terrace is one of a kind and a wonderful location to people watch. The apartment is nice, beds are comfortable. Paola has a very helpful book with lots of details about the area, places for food, shopping, etc. a very nice added touch. Transportation to and from the apartment is easy, the taxi stand is just around the corner, if you use private transportation to arrive and depart very easy to tell your driver where to drop you or find you. Do feel I need to add one comment; the apartment is on a european first floor. There are actually 27 steps (built in the 1400's) to the front door. We had a lot of luggage (had been on a 12 day cruise prior) which made getting to the apartment and leaving a bit challenging. Once you catch your breath after climbing the stairs the apartment itself will take your breathe away again.

We spent a wonderful few days at the Refuge. The house is beautiful and thoughtfully built in a spectacular location. We felt right at home in this peaceful retreat - cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen, slept comfortably and enjoyed the outdoor space immensely, even in mid October. The house is in the spectacular Grand Sasso Park, with incredible hiking options and breathtaking views. The owners clearly take great pride in sharing their special retreat and we felt very fortunate to have spent time as a family there. Our only regret is not staying longer to explore more of this spectacular part of Abruzzo.

Just positive comments for the beautiful attic and the welcome of Ettore and Antonella. Everything is as described, equipped with every comfort, magnificent landscapes and very pleasant directions.

Adelaide has set up an apartment where you don't feel like a guest in a stranger's home, but leaves room for every guest due to her stylish and at the same time reserved character. This is something that not many dominate. The distance to Rome and larger towns was very pleasant for us, as we were able to enjoy the tranquility and yet were in Tivoli within thirty minutes and a little later in Rome, where there is comparatively very cheap parking, for example at the Re di Roma square. In the summer it is certainly particularly pleasant to be in the apartment, as the very thick old walls should have a wonderful cooling effect. For the winter, there are heaters in all rooms, which according to Roman / Italian laws may only be turned on at a certain time. In summer, warm spring and winter I can absolutely recommend this really very nice apartment with a very friendly landlady!

This place is amazing! Check-in was straightforward and with clear instructions. The place was spotless and exactly as depicted in the photos. The host is the most responsive host we have experienced thus far and always very kind. The view from the apartment is really nice and the coliseum is right there! We loved staying here and appreciated the attention to details from our host!
