Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fontane Bianche

Paolo was responsive to our last-minute request, arranging to drop off our bags before the normally scheduled check-in, good tips for restaurants, nearby activities, small beach 50 m away, well-equipped accommodation perfect for a family.

A quirky, unusual place in a good position for visiting Siracusa and the Sicilian east coast. The owners, Sandra and Fabio, are absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. There are a variety of different areas, both inside and out, in which to relax and eat. For the price, this was exceptional value and highly recommended.

Very cosy and cute villa, would definitely recommend. Has all the necessary things and the little touches make a difference (there was a wine bottle and some cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us). You will definitely need a car to get around and be aware that the entrance to the villa is narrow so if you have a bigger car it might be a bit tricky. Overall the villa was nice and we felt at home straight away.

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. Our stay in Ortigia was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to our amazing host, Anna. From the moment we arrived, she was extremely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She speaks English very well, which made communication effortless, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. Anna provided great recommendations for restaurants, local spots, and things to do, which truly enhanced our visit. Her insights helped us discover hidden gems we wouldn’t have found on our own. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with great amenities, making it a perfect home base for exploring Ortigia. Maria's apartment is immersed in a paradisiacal place, a strategic location to visit San Lorenzo and its beach,the revenge reserve and nearby known and Marzamemi, the villa was perfect from the garden to the entire structure, equipped with anything and Mrs. Maria welcomed us very warmly, a very helpful person we were very happy to stay with you, what to say a unique experience, thank you

Apartment extremely well located and comfortable. The terrace at the top is exceptional, in the Pointe d 'Ortigia with a breathtaking 360-degree sea view. It will be necessary to climb the 3 floors without an elevator (not recommended for people with difficulties to climb so many steps) to enter a place with a very pleasant atmosphere, you quickly feel at home. The layout is quite special, sometimes you have to bend down to enter the bedroom or on the terrace, but you get used to it. Very friendly host who gave good advice and let us enjoy a few extra hours on the last day as there was no one right after. The only small negative point is the lack of shutters and darkness in the downstairs bedroom, provide a night mask if you need to sleep in the dark.

This apartment is ideal for a visit to Noto. It is a short walk from the centre of town, with easy street parking. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace is a real plus.

Andrea & Daria were great hosts. Our Italian is fairly poor, so it was great to have hosts with great English skills to tell us about the area, their farm, talk about Sicily, help enjoy our time in the region and book us into great restaurants (Andrea even helped us deal with an unfortunate dodgy credit card drama involving a rental car company). Our room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. For us the stay was not really about the accommodation as such (which was great), rather it was that we had great experiences sharing. Andrea had a pizza night and involved us in the experience (great to see the oven and kitchen in action). Andrea is a true B&B host, seems to love sharing, talking and helping guests. I think that is the key to what makes B&B Vinciucci so great. Plus breakfast was pretty awesome as well :)

We loved our stay at Tiziana's place! It was such a BEAUTIFUL property with lovely accommodations. Tiziana was super responsive and helpful and very accommodating of our schedule. We would recommend to anyone hoping to explore Siracusa (~20 minutes) or Catania (~20 minutes).

Roberto has put in a lot of effort and also tips for activities, the location is more than perfect. This place is run with a lot of love. Thanks Roberto for the great stay!

Valentino is very responsive and welcoming, the apartment is large and is just behind a small beach . We slept very well thanks to good bedding! The staff on site is lovely and the breakfast is excellent! Thank you so much!

Alessandra and Simone are great hosts always ready to help out . They live on the top floor with their children , there are 4 bed rooms downstairs from them with a shared landing . There are 1-2 more floors beneath that . Make sure you can walk upstairs 2-3 flights . The simple room has a balcony , private bathroom and large bed , clean and light filled , split system air con . Nice breakfast on the rooftop with spectacular ocean views . Great location 300 m from the beach and surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and bars but still feels private and cosy . Very flexible and friendly people made me feel at home . They speak fluent English . Wonderful stay . Great value .
