Heather’s place is perfection. We explored the whole island and agreed—there’s nowhere else we would have rather stayed. Comfortable bed, dreamy hammock, perfect location. We used the beach gear and outdoor shower every day and walked to Black Flamingo coffee with the neighbor dogs each morning. I’d live here if I could! Alfonso was also incredibly kind and helpful with food and beach recs. Light sleeper note: Pack an eye mask and earplugs for the early-morning rooster roll call—it’s a thing across the island and not specific to this place.

This was a very beautiful place. Nice view from the balcony. Very clean. They have all the utensils for the outside activities, so no need to buy extra.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, making it easy to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is on the third floor, so just a heads-up for anyone with mobility concerns, as there’s no elevator. The space was exactly as described: not luxurious, but clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made our beach days much easier. There are two co-hosts managing the property, which made communication a bit confusing at times, but both were responsive and accommodating. We were very grateful they allowed us to check in early and check out late to align with our ferry schedule—huge help! One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the hosts provided a welcome guide with recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and local activities. That would make planning even smoother.

My husband and I were blown away by the view, its amazing!! The property is squeaky clean, and our host was very responsive even though we checked in in the early AM hours we got a quick reply. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and this was a great way to bring in my birthday. Highly recommended.

Fabiola’s condo was perfect!! hidden gem 💎 loved the location and privacy! Parking was easy and security guard is on duty 24/7! Condo was extremely clean and smelled great upon walking in! We had such a nice stay in Luquillo at Natalia and Sean's! It was steps from the beach which was extremely lovely and the entire apartment felt very clean and comfortable. Also appreciated their recommendations for things to do/food to eat in the area. Would definitely recommend, perfect for couples!

The place was spotless, clean and spacious. Balcony that oversees the pool area is a plus. Beaches are just minutes away by car or walking. Plenty of restaurants right across the street and right down the road. It’s peaceful at night and it’s a gated community.

My stay was wonderful! The villa was incredibly clean and cozy, truly making me feel at home. I especially loved the balcony, which was definitely my favorite feature. While there was a little noise from the upstairs neighbors, it didn't detract much from the experience, and I'll remember to request Villa 1 for my next visit. The host was also exceptionally accommodating and understanding when I made an error.

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful with a great view of the ocean. We had plenty of space and it felt like home away from home. It had everything we needed. Walmart was close and the restaurants and bakeries were fantastic. We enjoyed short rides to the beach. Hector is very kind and responded promptly to any questions we had. We look forward to turning to this him next time!

We loved our stay at the Sand beachfront. We can’t wait to come back and we’re already talking about our next trip. The views are breathtaking and unbeatable. The private pool is a wonderful luxury and we felt right at home. We had one very small hiccup of not having any trash bags and they quickly rectified the issue with clear and easy communication. We would recommend this to anyone.

This place has amazing views!! The rooftop was our favorite spot while having morning coffee. We reserved the entire house for 4 families totaling 13 people. There was more than enough space for our group. House was super clean upon arrival along with the pool and hot tub. Restaurants, bars, bioluminescent kayaking is all in walking distance if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk and having to walk up a hill as terrain is very hilly around the neighborhood. Lawrence was quick to handle a couple issues we had during our visit. If we get back to Puerto Rico we will definitely be staying here again!

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We were here for a week with our five- and eight-year old children. They loved the pool and we loved the views! So many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but the house itself is quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Staying here was a dream! There's nothing like waking up to sound of the ocean waves and the views were amazing. I literally couldn't wait to wake up every morning. Great location as it's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the kioskos. Perfect for a family, especially the two-floor layout which gives you some privacy on the second floor. Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom - great for rinsing off after the beach or just having a place to easily cool off. Host is very clear about AC in only part of the house so just make sure you are aware, but there are plenty of fans for the upstairs area so it was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

My husband and I LOVED staying here during our visit to Fajardo. The views were absolutely incredible. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the marina, as well as watching the sunrises and sunsets. Not only was the location great (great restaurants and things to do near by), with ample parking, but the cleanliness and comfort of Elba's place was wonderful. The bed and linens were very comfortable and clean (we slept so well during our stay here), and the thoughtful personal touches throughout were really nice - for example, I really appreciated that a hair dryer was provided, as I had forgotten mine. We absolutely would recommend Elba's place if you're considering staying in Fajardo!!
