The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!

This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

Host sent us a link with more accurate directions to the home. Balcony view to ocean was AMAZING! Hammock was a great addition. Mosquitoes had a feast with us, thankful for repellent Host provided. Close to everything we planned to visit (Culebra, Luquillo and El Yunque). Place is very nicely kept- modern updates clean and A/C worked perfectly. The shower had strong water pressure and everyone agreed it was AMAZING. Neighborhood dogs were clearly nighttime buddies and barked a lot while we slept, but nothing Host can do about that. We enjoyed our stay and would use again. Only thing to consider is there is only 1 bathroom and no laundry facilities (which they disclosed) so if staying longer or you have a bigger party that may be something to consider. For what we needed it was perfect!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb house! Our family of eight found it to be incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The house was very well maintained, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in its upkeep. All of the amenities worked perfectly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, adding to our overall peace of mind. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Casa Playera 2 was fabulous. Easy to find. Quiet area. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the local coffee shop. On street parking was always available. Nice back yard space to hang out. Everything we needed for our two week stay.

Great place! My friends and I didn’t expect such a great place for a great price. We also loved the two pools and hot tubs that were available on the property to use. We ate at the resort as well and were taken by golf carts and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had so many amenities, we wanted to stay longer to enjoy all of them! Great location too- a short drive to get to ceiba for the ferry terminals to go to culebra or Vieques, and short drive to Luqillo. Only a 1 hr drive to get to San Juan as well. Thank you for the great place, we will definitely be going again!
