What a hidden Gem in the centre of Llangollen Town, you can park at the premises which is pet friendly with a safe enclosure. The place was spotlessly clean and had all facilities and everything you need for a great stay, excellent smart screen T.V, Comfy Bed separate utilities room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A proper little sun trap and Cath is a fabulous host who met us on arrival and checked everything was perfect and explained all the features and recommended various establishments. We had a lovely stay at the Stables and wouldn’t hesitate to return. It was spotless and everything you could possibly need was inside, it was especially well equipped for young children which was so handy given we were travelling with our 6 year old and just turned two year old. Even down to having a baby monitor which I was so impressed by! We also very much enjoyed the basket of goodies left out for us, thank you! Andrew was extremely responsive and made some great suggestions for days out to celebrate our daughters birthday during our stay. The children also really enjoyed feeding the horses (thank you Sue) and watching the chickens roaming the garden. The stables are in a fantastic location for exploring North Wales too! Overall we couldn’t have asked for more and had a wonderful time. If you’re thinking of booking then please do, you won’t regret it!

Even as we drove up to the house we knew it was going to be peaceful and private. The garden is lovely and full of wildlife- the birds and the badger trail were exciting to have and explore. Enough room for us to enjoy a game of badminton as the trees protected us from the wind- a real suntrap. Inside was cosy and clean- a real home from home. The sofas were comfy and the addition of Youtube and Netflix on TV allowed us to enjoy anything we wanted to watch- signal was great at all times too. Husband loved the bed- he found it extremely confortable and enjoyed an extra nap whilst we snuck off to the stunning sandy beach just down the road!

A lovely cottage. We were with two adults a 12 year old and 4 year old. Plenty of space for everyone to do what they wanted. It wasn’t the weather to use the garden but in the summer that would also be a great space. Helen was really responsive. We will definitely be back.

Love staying at Barbara's place. Great location and quiet street. The outdoor space is lovely and it helped us enjoy the sunshine we got all week. Barbara's place is always in my top list when staying in the Wirral area and we had stayed at her place 3 times.

Really nice bungalow exactly as described and in a great location, walking distance to town and beach and drivable to other local sites. hot tub was great. thanks to the host for answering all queries and being so welcome. would hesitate to recommend. I'll certainly return back that's for sure. Thank you!

Beautiful, well maintained property. Was better than expected. Gavin was very responsive when we had slight trouble finding the place due to a road closure. The games are fun and the lovely friendly alpacas were a welcome treat. Would definitely stay again and reccomend. Its perfect for both families with children and adults
