Really enjoyed our stay, plenty of communication regarding check in etc. Lovely location, however narrow road approaching the house when you arrive to unpack etc.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

A perfect spot for a family gathering ! Easy to find and just a short walk into the centre of town. We loved the space, immaculate well presented rooms, cosy warm around the Aga and comfortable shared spaces. Plenty of parking and great for our dog, and a communicative and helpful host. Couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burnside Cottage. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and very homely. Appreciated the welcome basket including fresh milk, bread & biscuits. Cottage is ideally located for Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay, Goathland and many other places in the North York Moor area. Local shops, include a baker’s, butcher & Spar. Would certainly recommend Burnside Cottage.

Just arrived home after a fantastic few days with family at Hellen’s property. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Hellen has thought of everything so the property has everything and more that you could need. We were a group of 7 (5 adults 2 children) and it was the perfect size for us. We didn’t have great weather so spent a lot of the time in the house playing games and chilling out and it felt like a home away from home. It’s in a great location for all the shops and restaurants and also the beach and sea front attractions. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again in the future!

An excellent property. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The beach is huge and lovely. Plenty of space in the house. TVs, games, DVDs provided. Comfortable beds, cupboards and chests of drawers. Large kitchen with all equipment provided. Easy walk into town and we had a great walk to the coast and lighthouse across the fields. Enjoyed a good meal at the local Thai restaurant and bought food, shoes and clothing in the town. Whitby is a great destination for trips all over the area.

We really loved the place very quiet…easy access to beach ….. enjoyed are walks to the beach and surrounding places, we also enjoyed the Italian gardens and walking up to the Scarborough Castle, which were lovely views. Thank you Jennifer for the lovely place.

Lovely stay!! Well equipped, homely and spotlessly clean. Peaceful campsite. Hot tub fab! Enjoyed exploring the local area: Spurn Point, Withernsea, Hornsea and Bridlington. Would definitely return.

We had the beer weekend at Charlotte Cottage with our cockapoo! So much space for him to run around. Close enough to Malton we could go for dinner and everywhere is dog friendly! You could have easily stayed in, ordered in or made food and used the numerous facilities at Langton hall. We will be back!

We had a great stay and my young kids adored the nice collection of books and toys to play with. Everything was as described and very comfortable!

Fantastic weekend away. Comfy beds. Excellent facilities provided. A few welcoming treats and great communication from the start. Location is great and I wouldn’t think twice about booking the same place again.

Great stay at Tickle Cottage. House had everything we needed. This was our 4th stay at The Bay and would definitely return to Tickle Cottage if we visit again.

Andrée was so warm, friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely stunning, spacious, clean, well maintained and is SO well equipped. The house had absolutely everything a family might need at the beach, including chairs, beach toys, an array of outdoor games, parasols, beach mats…the list goes on! An amazing selection of board games in the house too. The location is incredible too. My children adored the house and we can’t wait to come back again soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had a smooth check-in and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great host and excellent communication both prior to and on arrival day. Couldn’t ask for any more from Victoria. House is stunning with an abundance of locations to visit around you. The Bay complex is kept really clean. Ability to use swimming pool / sauna / steam room is an added bonus but busy when I visited (but was half term week). Short walk to beach but steep hill to be mindful of for anyone with disabilities. Beach is stunning also. Lovely little Beach Cafe short drive away also with excellent food / views. You won’t be disappointed if booking this accommodation.

Lovely, clean, and spacious apartment! The apartment was spotless and had plenty of room to relax. The secure walled garden was perfect for my pooch — such peace of mind! We were greeted on arrival by great hosts who made us feel very welcome. I had a great night’s sleep, and the location was ideal for visiting my family for birthday celebrations, just 20 minutes up the road. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again! Lovely house, clean and tidy. Perfect location for me with shops, town, bars, sea all within walking distance. Instructions were super clear and they provided me with contract details just in case.

We honestly had one of the best weekends away we’ve ever had here. Such a nice place, has everything you need, secure courtyard for our dog while we relaxed in the Hottub. Friendly hosts that have everything you need covered, will definitely come again. Nice to see one of these nice places fairly priced aswell as some people charge ridiculous amounts. 10/10 from us!

Brilliant home, stayed for my fiancées 30th, we were all very happy with the house, and Charles was very helpful! Lovely little seaside town!
