Lovely Victorian style house with hight ceilings and classic fit out! well equipped kitchen which can produce a feast! A nice courtyard for delightful afternoon drink under the trees foliage. All bedrooms are on the upper level, it's great that it separated from the living and dining noise but the long flight of stairs may not be suitable for seniors or those with heavy luggage. Its spacious and at good value; the best part is managed by Miami Hotel which provides excellent service and luggage storage service for early arrival or late departure. I would definitely book this place again.

I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

Enjoyed a great stay at Jarrod's place which was exactly as advertised. Great location in Seddon with two train stations within walking distance to get into the city. Place is also very close to numerous cafe's, restaurants and a great local pub as well (Mona Castle). Place was perfect in terms of configuration for the group we had, but would also perfectly suit a family stay. Access to the property was easy, and Jarrod was very responsive for any questions we had leading up to the stay. An added bonus was having foxtel available on the TV to relax in front of after long days at the Grand Prix. A great stay enjoyed by the whole group, and thoroughly recommend it for a stay in Melbourne!

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

There is a category of host in the AirBnB world called “Super Host.” In the case of Christina and Ricky, I suggest that they create a new category called “Super-Duper Host.” They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and looked after during our visit to the beautiful city of Melbourne. They are true hosts, unlike so many in the AirBnB world, whom you never meet and only have online exchanges with about access codes and information on check-in and check-out. Christina and Ricky, in contrast, are real hosts. We are so glad that we found them and their wonderful townhouse, that had all the amenities we required.

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

The house was great, walking distance to public transport and shops. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. A great space to enjoy time together.

Nice house, clean and enough functions for big family. Main Room a bit small with 1 double bed and 2 bunks .

We had a great stay, the house is in a nice location with a great walk along the river nearby and a perfect park for little kids. Nella was a great host, easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect!

Donnie’s house was everything we needed for our visit to Melbourne for a golf event. Conveniently located to the course, the house was clean, well set up and spacious for 2 couples. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils and equipment we could possibly need and the laundry and outside clothes line was perfect. The beds were comfortable, although, being a bit warm, I could have done with a top sheet for flexibility of warmth. If I were to suggest anything, it might be darker blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Donnie was an attentive host who kept in touch in case there was anything we required. A lovely stay.

Had a fantastic stay. The location was right next to a supermarket and to the train station. The accommodations were clean and well furnished. Would recommend to anyone travelling in a large group!

Marks places was super comfortable and homey. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable and easy to set up. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and public transport, it had everything we needed. Would recommend and also stay again Thankyou!

We had a perfect weekend with friends! The space was exactly as described and check-in was super easy. The code lock was a great feature—especially for a large group—since it allowed everyone to come and go as needed. David was great to communicate with: very responsive and understanding. Overall, a 10/10 stay—thank you for having us!

Mei was very friendly and was in contact right from the time we reserved the Townhouse She had a very helpful booklet with information on transport where to eat WIFI password . She provide step by step instructions on where to park to get into the Townhouse which was very helpful as we arrived after 10 pm at night I would recommend Mei and her Townhouse. It suited our needs very well.

Paul was great to deal with, super flexible and just seems like a good bloke. I’d recommend staying here for sure!

Hany and Sheryl were excellent hosts. The context for our stay was that we needed somewhere for a week while we were between houses, and Hany and Sheryl's place fit the bill for us perfectly - we walked in and felt at home straight away. They were also very kind and understanding about the context of our move, and always very warm and responsive.

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

A bright, spacious townhouse which is close to public transport, so easy to catch tram to CBD. Well appointed and very clean lodging. Andrea communicated very promptly and came over to the townhouse to solve a minor issue. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

I stayed at Cara’s with four friends and we had a great time!k. It was perfectly situated to enjoy Carlton and surrounds with fantastic restaurants, bars and cafe’s within easy walking distance (Lygon St is basically around the corner). The beautiful Carlton Gardens and Melbourne museum is also nearby and the CBD was only a 30 min walk from the apartment. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. It has a great shower with enough hot water to cater for five adult women. You do need to take care on the stairs as it is an old terrace house so they are quite steep and narrow but otherwise have no complaints.
