Within walking distance: gas stations, discount stores, restaurants and the historic Siegen Old Town. Free parking is available in side streets

The apartment is very quiet but still centrally located on the 3rd floor of a listed house It is ideal for family visits or as an apartment during a work stay. In the 50 sqm of living space there is a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a cozy bedroom. The sofa bed in the living area offers a second sleeping option. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as the town hall square and castle park are within walking distance.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Laureen is a very dear hostess, was always available and has a fantastic style with which she decorated the house.😊 The location is super quiet, which invites you to relax. L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We were warmly welcomed by Kathrin upon arrival. She then showed us the apartment and explained a few things about heating. After the key handover, we were able to settle in peace. A parking space is available near the house. The apartment is beautiful, large, cozy and has exceptionally good amenities. It is located on a hillside, about 50 m from the main street of the village of Elpe. The apartment offers a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This is suitable for a maximum of two people. There are roller shutters on all windows. The kitchen offers everything needed for cooking - including salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and filters for the machine. A dishwasher is not available. But a sink! ;D CONCLUSION: We were absolutely delighted with the hostess, the apartment and the value for money. Absolute tip for a quiet stay, close to Winterberg!

Anke's accommodation more than exceeded our expectations by a harmonious and absolute feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is far more spacious than in the photos, everything was prepared for the fireplace and the hot tub was a dream. We were warmly welcomed by Anke, the loving gestures like small guest gifts immediately made us feel at home. We want to come back as soon as possible. Best regards, Oliver and Tanja.
