Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fischbachau

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

The apartment was very nice and in a great area to explore Bavaria with easy rail access to Munich. Rosalind was proactive with instructions and very welcoming on our arrival. The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic chalet style apartment in a great location! everything was walkable and having a parking spot made our stay very convenient. We were a group of 6 and felt very comfortable, and not crowded. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had very relaxing 4 days in the beautiful apartment! The apartment is clean and furnished with a lot of love, nothing was missing. Silvia is a very friendly and helpful host! We felt welcome at all times and were well taken care of. The homemade spreads were a dream! We will definitely be back, then for a longer period.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

We loved our stay here in Seefeld! Clemens is an amazing host. He was incredibly quick to respond to any message. The apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Vera's place was very comfortable and beautifully located in the countryside. Perfect starting point for hiking on the Nordkette and the city is within walking distance.

The house is exactly as advertised. It is located in a calm and clean neighborhood and has a very quiet environment. The house has an extraordinary view of greenery from the balcony. It's amazing to start your day with coffee on the balcony with the sound of the birds. Germany weather is cold and hard only :)

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Barbara and Klaus are friendly and very helpful hosts. The place is cosy and well equipped. There was a nice homemade cake awaiting for us in the kitchen and the kids were gifted chocolate and plush toys too. What a warm welcome! Thanks for everything, we enjoyed our stay in the house and the region is beautiful. We highly recommend this place!
