Vacation rentals in First Coast

We spent a wonderful few days at Stephanie & Jordan's property on the Waternish Peninsula as part of our minimoon, we're so glad we made the trip! The property is part of a small community at the very tip of Skye and it's worth the extra miles... Hallin and Waternish feel off the beaten track, wonderfully secluded but also with local amenities and businesses to visit. We loved an evening by the fire at The Stein Inn (delicious mussels) and came home with local pottery and Scottish tablet. The property itself is great, huge glass windows to admire the view and a lovely log burner to keep you cosy at night. The kitchen was probably the cleanest and most well equipped kitchen we have ever come across in an Airbnb! Thanks so much for having us, we will definitely be back when the weather is warmer!

We weren’t actually able to stay here because of power issues that occurred a day prior to our stay. However, Hannah was very helpful and considerate of this. She worked with us to get a refund on our stay. I would love to come back and stay here on a later visit to Scotland and recommend others do the same.

A stunning little cottage in a beautiful location. Everything was organised, clean, tidy and just as you’d expect for the perfect get away. Clare’s welcome basket and clear instructions made us feel right at home and we had settled in to the house in no time. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family for a relaxing time ideally situated for exploring the island.

We loved our stay here, remote with the perfect scenery and views and everything you needed to make the stay comfortable and relaxing Sally was super helpful and even popped out in the midst of a hoolie to welcome us. A beautiful place to stay for the most peaceful winter break. Thanks Sally, we loved it!

Gorgeous cozy cottage with scenery to match. Really appreciated that the garden was fully fenced and private to the cottage, so easy to have the dog out. Everything perfectly laid out, and Steven gave great recommendations for local walks to explore.

we absolutely LOVED our stay at Rosie the Hut. Hazel was so communicative before and during our stay and provided so many amazing recommendations. she was also so warm & friendly when we met her at check-in. the hut itself is so cozy and beautiful. every detail is meticulously planned, and everything is set up perfectly to maximize the small space. I wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back, especially in the summer!

We had the pleasure of staying in Ravenswood Loft for the week and couldn’t have been more impressed by the property. The location is ideal being so close to Skye but also away from the busyness providing a perfect place to relax. The loft had everything you could possibly need from coat hangers to cutlery and even fresh eggs! We are extremely grateful for the lovely warm welcome making us feel at home and for all the suggestions of places to visit. We are looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the mainland next year!

Thank you to Jan and Topher for a great stay. Property was exactly as described, spacious and all the amenities I needed. Great to have a proper kitchen. Didn’t do much cooking, but everything that I needed was there. If I’d stayed for longer the nearby Tesco would have been very useful to stock the fridge! Will definitely try and stay here next time I’m in the area.
