Monthly Rentals in Finikoudes

We spent a month there, and it was in the perfect location—many things were within walking distance. The apartment matched the description, and the toiletries provided were nice. For those with children, some sand toys were in the closet to take to the beach. We worked online during part of our stay, and the Wifi was fast and reliable. The dedicated parking space was available during our stay in another building, a short walk from the apartment. As others have mentioned, the only downside is the noise from loud people walking through the passageway and the restaurants that can stay open until late, especially on weekends. Because it's a courtyard, the noise seems even louder as it bounces off the apartments around the courtyard. I ended up wearing earplugs, which helped a lot with this problem.

Very nice apartment near the promenade. Close to the sea, close to lots of good restaurants. In front of a good breakfast room. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, in fact it looks even better than in the photos. The fact that it can be noisy at night in the center of Larnaca's life (garbage trucks, party people. But something for something. You can rent something in the distance - then we'll only get tired of garbage trucks at night - less party people. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a large TV, always hot water, air conditioning. I RECOMMEND

Hagop and Marina are just the sweetest, loveliest hosts. They were proactive and responsive, provided lots of great recommendations, and were kind enough to give us a ride to the airport upon departure. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of supplies for a long stay, good wifi for remote work, and we were even provided a linen service during our 4 weeks stay. The location is great, it's about 3 blocks from the beach, there's plenty of good restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. There's several convenient markets nearby for daily needs. 10/10 I would stay here any time I am in Larnaca.

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.
