Exceptional stay!!!!........... Sun, beautiful visits to Venice and apartment could not be more pleasant. There may be a little too many people in Venice on weekends given our age (74). We recommend 200% renting the apartment of Antonio and his wife, you will not be disappointed. The apartment is 5 minutes from the bus stop and 15 minutes after you are in Venice as drivers are not impacted by any speed limit. In addition, the apartment is exempt from tax for visitors because it is licensed, and have been often checked in Venice. We thank Antonio and his wife for their very warm welcome as well as the surprise of the gift when we left. BOGO family from Bordeaux.

Great stay in Venice! The apartment is perfectly located, large, well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms are fine and the terrace is superb. Perfect communication with Chiara, who is very responsive, kind and available. Recommended!

He’s a fantastic host. The apartment is fantastic. Great place in a great location. Uou do need a car to get into downtown however. The place is fully furnished. Even the smallest things are taking care of. I would highly recommend for anyone who is going to visit Jesolo

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Our host was awesome, waited for us at the entrance to guide us and was very friendly. our stay was very pleasant the place was very big and comfortable also the location was super close to the train station and just a few steps the bus stop

Everything was perfect. Great apartment in a great location. A stone's throw from all the main monuments. Incredible view of the canal and bridge. Very clean and equipped apartment. I will go back without any worries and would recommend it without a second thought.
