Fergal’s house is lovely and is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is perfect to sit out on the balcony which has fabulous views over the bay. The beds are super king size and comfortable and the air conditioning works well. We could even watch Netflix on the TV, a bonus after a tiring day out. The fridge was stocked with eggs, milk, yogurt, bread and cheese and also a big bowl of fruit. There was also cereal and various packets of food for occasions that one didn’t feel like going out. There are lots of great restaurants close by. We would recommend Mereng for breakfast as they made a fantastic granola with yogurt and fruit. For dinner we had wonderful fish at Himli and next door to it a great meal at Mancero. We also ate delicious food at Nomades and Pasa Kebap. It was always easy to communicate with Fergal before and during our stay. He arranged our taxi from and to the airport and also met us to show us around. Fergal is the perfect host.

We really liked the location. It’s not on the main road so you don’t get the road noise. The views are fantastic. The balcony gets the evening sun. The balcony is large and comfortable, no fly wire. The apartment is really well laid out and very comfortable, including the bed. Good sofa, good TV, wi-fi runs at 20Mbps. Good hot plates, sandwich toaster, no microwave or oven. There is a path with steps at the side of the apartment to reach the main road. The Dolmuş stop to town is right there. They come every ten to fifteen minutes and you can use your credit card to tap or phone wallet. It’s about Euro .70 for as far as you like. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the start of the main Marina where all the boats, restaurants and cafes are including the old town. You can walk for 12 kms on a flat promenade. Birol checks on you and you can ask him anything, he speaks very good English. Beaches - you can walk to So Beach but it’s €25 each for sunbed and umbrella. Would stay again.

We stayed at Gökhans place for two nights and enjoyed it a lot. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessities and Gökhan was very responsive to help us with anything. It’s a 15 minute walk to the centrum and 5 minutes to the main bus station. We would recommend staying here.
