Great location and great host! The street was a little noisy but other than that we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again!

We had an exceptional stay in Fez, largely thanks to Farouk's impeccable hospitality, rare availability and kindness. The accommodation is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and impeccably clean. It is conveniently located, which allowed us to easily reach the medina, the new town and the shopping centers. Access to the airport is also direct, which is very convenient. Many thanks to Farouk for his hospitality: thanks to him, our vacation in Fez was simply perfect!

I want to thank Amin for hosting us, he is a super nice and helpful responsive person, the apartment is clean, tidy and easy to find, the facilities are completely clean and it is equipped with fast WIFI. Recommended!!

Mostafa is a very available, punctual and responsive host. We enjoyed staying at his place, the apartment is located in a very quiet, residential area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops of all kinds nearby. Thanks for the little touches left!

Clean, well equipped and organized, close to all amenities, mosque, coffee snack, the host Mrs. meriam very nicely available and responsive, I recommend this place " great value for money" parking in front of the building accessible and away from traffic, you will see inchallah next time

We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

We spent 4 amazing nights in these Riad and we’ve loved to stroll around all the narrow streets of Medina, since the Riad is in the Medina’s heart. It was probably an ancient family house with 3 rooms (and 3 bathrooms now!) with a common central luminous space. Equipped with all you need for a comfy stay. Big rooms and a lot of space: we’ve stayed with our two kids and they love the place too. We found very useful to have washing machine and drying machine in the apartment. We were incredibly surprised since in the night it was really quiet and silent, despite being in the heart of the city.

The Riad is fantastic! Mohammed and his sister are very nice and communicate really well. 100% recommended!

Dar Alexander riad is truly beautiful, one of the nicest I've stayed in. The service was exceptional thanks to the wonderful team. Zakaria was a great help with our luggage, and the cooks prepared the most delicious meal we had in Morocco. Zahrae, our host, was the best! She gave us such a warm welcome, fantastic recommendations, and really made us feel at home, almost like having a local guide. We really appreciated everyone's hospitality and felt it was great value, especially for a group. Zahrae's warmth and the sense of community she shared made our experience in Fes so special. Thank you again!

Lovely riad with very nice hosts. Mahmoud picked us up very flexibly at the agreed meeting point and took us to the riad, very friendly and in no way intrusive. His mother cooked a tajine with us one evening at our request, which tasted very good. Breakfast was prepared every morning at the previously agreed time. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the riad and care.

Listing matches the description, Kamal is a responsive and available host. The kitchen equipment is full and the apartment is clean. The best part remains the swimming pool which is really a delight in the scorching heat of Fes. Recommended.

a very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, there is a lot of construction but the sound was hardly noticeable it's definitely an up and coming neighborhoo, very peaceful and the people were gentle.

Mehdi is really a great host. There was a problem without his place before I arrived and he found me a hotel next door at the same price and same quality. In addition, he invited me to his restaurant and he takes the time to make sure everything is going smoothly...the food at his place is very delicious in addition to the gift drinks... I recommend it!

I had an amazing stay! The place is even better than the pictures—so clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning, offering a great perspective of the medina. Just a heads-up: the room is on the top floor (I believe it’s the 3rd or 4th floor), and there’s no elevator. If you’re carrying heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a challenge, but it’s totally worth it for the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a cozy stay with breathtaking views!
