Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ferry Pass

We absolutely love this condo! This was our second visit and we already have our third visit booked. We are also already planning our trip to this condo for 2026! Lisa is such a great host and we love booking with her! This condo is so easily accessible and this part of the beach is a little more quiet which we love! The walk from our room all the way to the water is less than 3 mins. We love everything about our stay at the Broadmoor!

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Gina’s place was perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we checked in. All the little touches added to make our stay so easy! It was beautiful and clean. We would 10000% stay here again.

Omg I fell absolutely in love with this place!! We needed a place for our last cheer competition and it was perfect ! Lots of places to eat close to everything can’t wait to come back again !!

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.

Let me tell you this place has the most amazing views in the world. We stayed five nights and six days. You walk in and you feel like you are in paradise. It has everything you will need for your vacation. If you want to go out on the town you can or you can stay on the resort your whole stay and will have something to do every day. From booking to checkout it was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids could not stop thanking me for this Mommy and me vacation. They had the best time ever. You definitely will not be disappointed when you stay here. I can’t wait to book this place again for our next vacation.

We had an amazing time on our spring break. It was exactly what we expected based on photos and description. The host was super kind and communicated well. They had a list of recommendations and suggestions on places to eat/things to do. We were created with a super cute welcome basket too! Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and memorable!

One of the best places we’ve stayed as far as location, price and right on the beach side. Being on the first floor gives you great and convenient access to the beach walkway. This is a spacious condo with all the things you’d need to cook full meals, coffee, laundry, walk in shower, large garden tub, etc. we absolutely loved this stay. Vacasa made it very easy to understand instructions of checking in, access codes and check out. Definitely recommend and we will be back!!

We just had our best beach trip ever. The condo was exactly as described. It was decorated beautifully and felt just like home! We loved the layout and the Master Bedroom had a beautiful view of the ocean with a ceiling to floor corner window that I fell in love with. The balcony had the same beautiful view. My daughter loved the decor in the 2nd bedroom along with the light up vanity that was perfect for an 18 year old to get ready with. The bathrooms were very clean and had amazing hot water in seconds. The kitchen had everything you would need along with a washer and dryer. Jack was a great host, sent us the information we needed to Check in before we asked for it! He was very responsive and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we knew we could call him or message him anytime we needed. The location to the beach was amazing! Just down the elevators thru the lobby and pool and you are at the gate entrance to the beach! We will definitely be back!!!!

Our family had a great stay here. Right on the beach a super plus with kids and ability to cook your own meals. Place was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. The beach is beautiful and the view out of the windows is lovely. We had a great stay. One thing to be aware of is that you'll get a text message with info/code to get in the front gate, I was looking in the Airbnb messages and couldn't find it so had to call. Thankfully Heather answered right away and could help me out. Another thing to be aware of is that once you get to the door the keypad with numbers does not appear until you push the Yale button. So at the door, push the Yale button first and then the numbers will appear and you can enter the code to the door (different than the gate code and code to get in the building). Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved being so close to a beautiful beach while also being able to cook for ourselves.

I love the place .

The communication during planning was prompt and accurate. The condo and the facility it is in is comfortable, quiet, well-run. The balcony is big enough for all guests to enjoy the view comfortably together. Water pressure, temperature control, kitchen utensils and appliances - all those things that make a place comfy or a little annoying - were all great. Parking spaces were not cramped. Never waited for elevators. And the beaches right across the street are incredible.

This condo was great, clean, and convenient. Would recommend this to everyone!

Great host and a fabulous property. The condo has amazing views, is centrally located, and has great amenities including a pool. Parking and building access are not a problem, and the unit itself was clean and well maintained. Added bonus that the property is centrally located within just a few minutes of public beaches, restaurants, and historical attractions.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 6th-floor seaside Airbnb! The space was spotless and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel especially homey. The view was absolutely stunning—we loved waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning, sipping coffee on the porch, and watching pelicans fly by. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They were always available when we had a question and offered fantastic local recommendations that helped us experience the area like insiders. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

We chose this house for our family vacation , with our new grandbaby!! It was perfect and comfortable for 7 plus baby! The shuttle was perfect for hauling the beach stuff! The beach club was convenient and had good food ! Enjoyed the whole experience!

The house was perfect size for a larger group of adults who came to help clear my father in laws house. The garage was great for staging furniture and other items that were being removed from his house. Their was plenty of space in the house that we weren't on top of each other and the back yard was great to sit and relax after working all day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and great for entertaining large groups, the neighborhood is quiet and very scenic, and all the amenities were readily available. Plus, a bathroom for every bedroom - no taking turns or waiting to get ready!

We had a wonderful stay at Pamela’s house and she was very kind and helpful during our time there. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay at especially if you have kids! Family friendly, private home in a secluded neighborhood. Tiki bar by the pool hosted live music every night which was really nice and on our last night they were having a neighborhood cookout with live music as well. Indoor pool was my personal favorite, clean and warm. Beach was only 6 minutes away which was not bad at all, waves were a little strong that day so wished we could have stayed longer with more time but will be back! Marisa is an awesome host, answered all my questions very quickly.

This place was amazing!!! Very clean and cozy. Will be back and stay again, Lots of good food and beaches near by.
