Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

We had a great stay at Karin's, who was a great help and was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped (very comfortable beds) and bright. The location is central and due to the orientation in the park, it is in the middle of the countryside. The apartment was absolutely clean and there was nothing unnecessary around. The little extra: the little welcome gifts! Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

The host and his family were very kind and friendly. The navigation does not take you to the accommodation, but to the other side of the building, but the host immediately rushed to our help and led us to the right place. It's a good place for a night or two.

We spent a few relaxing days there with the bikes. Alexander was super friendly and accommodating. He showed us everything and also gave us tips for the area. He also welcomed our dog warmly and provided towels for him. The chalet is fantastically beautiful and luxuriously equipped. Very clean, spotless and everything is available. A very large property in a quiet location with a beautiful view. Due to the large trees, there is always a shady place even in very sunny weather and the dog has enough space to romp. We were in Linz, Kalkalpen National Park, Mondsee and Attersee. Everything can be reached in less than an hour. A stay with Alexander and the surroundings is highly recommended.

The stay for the 4 days was very pleasant. Christine has lovingly furnished the apartment. A very modern kitchen with all the appliances is well equipped. The conservatory with the fireplace is fantastic. Thank you for inviting me to the thermal bath, I enjoyed the evening very much. I'll be back with you on the next business trip in 2026. It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!

As 4 days ago, I was very satisfied with the caravan. It was clean as always and the other facilities in the house, which you can use so generously, too. The dinner at the Beisl was delicious and the evening with Martin's father was entertaining. I look forward to the next stay in 5 weeks.
