Dania is a great host, she give clear instruction upon our check in/out time, she give lots of compliments inside the unit (so thoughtful) and make sure everything alright. And we truly love her unit. It was spacious, beautiful kitchen set up and living room, big windows, little balcony, comfy bed, and a good hot shower! The location is also close to most of the main attractions at the city center. We walked down several times from the unit to Pavilion and Alor street, and it was easy to order Grab car too. We couldnt recommend more and absolutely will come back again next year!

Amazed with the location & reasonable price. Great place, safe, good security, friendly reception, convenient store at the lobby, opposite cafe, next door roti canai. 20-50 steps to crown plaza & ibis hotel, tourists & locals walking around, feeling very safe. Chinese restaurant , K mart , massage places all just within 50 meter away. MRT about 150 meter away. Car park big space & no problem with our big mpv. Room very clean , 2 double beds, Booked for 3 persons & can fit well another person. Host prompt replied & flexible. Thank you & will definitely come back for our next visit.

A Very Good Location in the centre of Kuala Lunpur city. It has both a good location and luxury to some extent. The rooms are rustic yet modern. Overall, it was a very nice stay. I shall be back again soon.

Avin was great! Check in was smooth, he helped with an airport transfer, Soma he helped with our luggage took us all the way up to the apartment and made sure we were settled. Avin’s place is amazing, way better than the photos could show! Great view especially during sunset right from the couch. Ac worked perfectly, couch and bed were super comfy, I slept like a baby, water heater works very well. Rooftop has amazing vibes and great views! The apartment is near by the towers just a 3-5 minute walk where you could take pictures or go to the park. There’s also many restaurants around for food and convenience stores. Avin was very helpful and responsive during my stay, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here if I’m ever back in Malaysia 🤍

Such an interesting place to stay with my little family, honestly the host super helpful. Helping me to find a few attraction near to this buildings, it’s a very great experience and if I ever stay in centre of KL again, will choose this place!
