Clean house. Very near to ktm batu caves and event space Rail & River. Will likely to stay here in the future if there is any occasion nearby. overall, im happy with our stay!

My husband and I spent a month here. The location is good, about a 5-minute walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC mall, which has 2 grocery stores (and much more). The unit is on the 30th floor, with views to the NW over Jalan Ampang. The apartment feels bigger than it looks in the pictures, and there is ample storage. Internet was fast (240-325 Mbps) and reliable. The gym was decent: dumbells 2.5-25 kg, cardio machines, few weight machines, small yoga room. Pool was nice (great view). It was less well-stocked than the average AirBnB, lacking things like glasses, laundry soap, trash bags, cleaning products, etc. A bit worse for wear in places (e.g., peeling veneer). Kitchen did smell a bit. We also never got the 2nd key card we were promised. Check-in was a bit anxiety-provoking--after contacting Denise a couple times, we managed to get the instructions ~12 hours before arrival, right as we boarded our flight. After arrival, communication was okay.

I had a great stay at Peter’s Place. What stood out to me was that Peter went out of lengths to help us get what we needed for the stay, including putting extra tables as we needed to study. The lighting of the house was also adequate for study. The house was very clean, and had nice aesthetics. We definitely had a very comfortable stay.

Had a very pleasant four days in Leon's apartment in a good location.Lok, the housekeeper, responded promptly and thoughtfully, helped us contact the plumber to solve the hot water problem, and will choose here again next time we come to Kuala Lumpur.

Very satisfied. Next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur, I'll be here. It's great.

A great place to stay

This place is hugeee and its so comfy! Everything look just like the photos and its super clean as well. I booked around 5nights and have already booked another 2 nights as I'm travelling to melaka inbetween. It may seems slightly pricier than the usual but it was so worth it, considering I came here after cancelling on my previous airbnb with remaining 8 nights (stayed 2 nights, there were spiders and webs...). Super recommend everyone to stay here 🙂🙂

The location is really good, 10-15 minutes walk to Pavilion Mall and MRT Kajang Line. The train system in KL is really good and very clean. The most economical way going around KL instead of taking taxi or Grab. Just download their app, MyRapid Pulse and should guide you easily on which train line to board, the fare and how to hop on one station to another. The condo unit is quite big and has a long balcony which you can see the KLCC tower although blocked by another tall building. It has a big fridge and washing machine as well. The swimming pool at the top floor is clean and not too much people when we were there. Checking in/out of the unit is very easy.
