good accommodation, met our needs during the month we stayed. near market, pharmacies, banks. we recommend. the neighborhood is more peripheral so the streets are tighter and with some holes, but it is feasible.

We had a wonderful stay at Samia’s apartment. It’s very quirky which we loved. Great location. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants. Highly recommend!

I stayed with my two children and nanny, the apartment is large, comfortable, on a very beautiful, quiet court and with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, gyms nearby. We had everything we needed in the apartment and your Elcio answered me promptly when I needed it. I highly recommend it.

Eliane's house is a charm!! Perfect for family and friends groups! With all the amenities we need, we feel like home, nothing is missing! More than complete kitchen, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, spacious rooms, many hammocks around the house, barbecue and pizza oven.. and, for us, the best: many things for children!! Playroom, toys in the house, swinging, the pool with shallow part, pool toys. We had incredible moments with the children in the house! The house is very secluded, with a lot of nature around, very quiet. And the smell of the house is a delight!!! Dava to see the care in the small details… We will definitely plan to come back more often!

The site served us perfectly, accommodating my entire family in a quiet, reserved and spacious place. The house is as described, has plenty of space, with comfortable rooms and an ideal backyard for those who have pets. Flávia was always very attentive, clarifying doubts even before the reservation, easing the time of entry and exit, receiving us with a very good mood, giving tips on what to do in the city and making everyone feel at home.

All set as advertised. We had unforeseen events that were quickly resolved. You can walk to the HRT / Anchieta / forum. I'll be back if you need me.

Property equipped, clean and with great condition. The condominium is very well cared for, with good gym, good swimming pool. Parking on the ground floor is rotating, but it was super quiet. The host provided assistance in the 4 days, always responding very quickly. There is no point in staying in a hotel after this stay. It really paid off for me. We were in 4 people, and it worked very well!

Excellent apartment, more spacious than I imagined, very modern and great location. We were a little surprised by the shared bathroom between 2 bedrooms without much privacy, but we adapt. We hardly had meals there, but I missed some small items in the kitchen like larger spoons for cooking and a set of sousplat or a tablecloth that covered the entire table. kkk small details that I like to have, but np general, super recommend and if you need it, we will come back for sure

Good location. Building with good structure and concierge 24 hours. Spacious and well equiped apartment. The only item that wasn't very good was the refrigerator that was low-powered, but we ended up using very little. Overall a great place to stay

My stay was quiet, just a scare in the release of the first day, but nothing that can be revealed and understood. Excellent location, good restaurants,supermarkets and bakeries. Only the air-conditioned port that needs maintenance, would definitely return
