Vacation rentals with a patio in Fayette County

Pretty cool place to stay, right in the middle of downtown, so we could walk to most of the sights. Enjoyed the stay!

Perfect spot for me and my dog. Comfortable and clean, quiet while still a short walk from Decatur attractions. Fenced patio was a particularly nice amenity. Would happily stay here again!

Paul was a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

Book this studio immediately! We parked our car in front of the apartment and didn’t move it for four days. So many restaurants, bars, public art and the most friendly locals around. This is cool, hip & inclusive southern charm at its finest. We will be back! Wendy was an absolutely wonderful host & helped with local recommendations. Thanks for hosting us! :)

Chase place was great! Peaceful area, local bars and restaurants near by. Close to interstate and I will definitely stay again.

I celebrated my 50th birthday this past weekend & my guest was amazed at how beautiful this property is! My event took place 4 minutes away! I must say how welcoming the host were, from beginning to end! The house is absolutely beautiful, from the front door , throughout the house! My family & I will definitely be back! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

It was a perfect getaway for my group. We had a blast using the grill and the fireplace, it felt just like our little home for the weekend.

This Bnb was amazing. Super clean , felt luxurious. Very big, cozy. The bed had great mattress. Very spacious . The host was very responsive. I’d recommend this place an I’ll be back . 10/10

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

If your asking yourself should you book? You definitely should !!!!! The place was so clean Balcony was also nice, and they also had a couple condiments if you are thinking of cooking, Location is walking distance from Ponce market and it was really nice!! Just keep in mind most places only take Cards!!! The location is very private and great location and the police patrols the street, i also meet a officer who stays in the building I felt beyond safe here!!! It was clean and the host was wonderful, when i book in atlanta again this would def be my go to bnb perfecttt!!! only down fall is parking but we was able to find a parking spot next to the building we just took lyft everywhere which helped us keep it until check out.

I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

Great place to stay! Comfy bed, beautiful views. Great value for the prices, it seems like a favorite because several people were checking in and out. The security is super friendly and they do a great job.

Great location. You have to walk about 1/2 mile to get to any of the attractions but that beats dealing with the traffic! I felt safe in the area and it was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The Tranquil Loft is located at the beginning of the neighborhood the Grange. We like it because it's quiet, but still had some things around it like the store to rent the golf cart, book store, coffee shop, and park across the street. The loft itself is beautiful and was very clean. The keypad took us two times to figure out. The keys aren't lit up. When you first touch it the numbers will then light up, but the first touch counts so you need to know where the number is first when you first touch it. I believe another viewer mentioned the door from the bedroom to the bathroom sticks, and it still did for us. Bring towels as there weren't many, but we had bought laundry pods so it worked out. The farmhouse is furthest away, but everything else was within minutes on a cart. One thing to note is that the parking spot for the loft in the garage does not have a charging station for the cart. Serenbe management told us it was ok to use the station two spots away for another loft.

Lillian’s place was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We were able to cook full meals during our entire stay. You’ll need to supply your own spices and larger bowls if you need them, but plenty of utensils and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. It was a very good stay!
