Ideal for a small family getaway in the mountains... quiet, with all the necessary amenities and a magnificent view of the mountains! As a bonus, a small bakery and butcher shop in the center of the village to fill the fridge and cupboards! Sébastien and Carine are attentive and friendly hosts who will advise you if necessary. We had a great time, we recommend it!

Idyllic accommodation! 😍 A small peaceful oasis lost in a very small hamlet in the forest 🌳 The space is impeccable! 👌 Clean, very well-equipped (there are even basic necessities: rice, pasta, oil, vinegar, coffee etc.). The bathroom is beautiful, walk-in shower with shampoo and shower gel available. Towels, slippers. In short, like at a hotel 😍 Very convenient parking space and location close to superb hikes, we made the climb to Lac Noir! Wonderful! Don't hesitate!! Thanks again, Thizia & Cyril

The property is on the outskirts of Chamonix town but there is a bus and train connection at the bottom of the hill if you don’t fancy a short walk to town. The accommodation leaves you discount cards so use these to get a % of the tickets you buy. Parking was a bit tight, but we managed after chatting the neighbours to get our long vehicle in. Very spacious kitchen and large living area on ground floor. The bedrooms also spacious and if you have to catch up on work the WiFi worked well. Certainly look to use again if heading back to the area.

Excellent stay at Thomas and Prisca's place who turned out to be very warm and welcoming hosts. The apartment overlooks a spectacular view, but it is also quiet and cocooning. Thank you so much for hosting us and your kindness.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers stunning views of the mountains. Everything was as advertised, even better, with very welcoming hosts! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time in the heart of nature. We will come back without hesitation!

We felt completely comfortable at Christelle's! The accommodation was great, the view fantastic and the tranquility to enjoy. We were also able to enjoy delicious cakes and enjoyed the time in Megeve. Kitchen was super equipped, only the mattress was a little too hard for us (but that's a matter of taste). What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The house looks exactly like the photos and is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lake view is beautiful. The host is very responsive which makes my communication much easier. I would recommend it 100%.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

Beautiful cottage with an incredible view. Very well equipped and clean. Everything is new. The place is 2 minutes from the Prarion cable cars and close to the city center. The cottage is quiet on the authors with a parking space. Thank you Christophe for your hospitality and kindness. You're at your best!
