Perfect place with the best view! Only downside if you are driving, finding a parking a lot is not as easy. That said, the accommodation itself makes it all worth it. 100% would recommend.

Murat’s apartment had a stunning view over the church and out to a mosque. It felt really private and really special because of the location and view, Everything was perfectly as described and despite a late flight out check in was great. We needed a baby cot and that was provided. Overall it was the perfect place to explore Istanbul

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

Would highly recommend this apartment as a perfect location to base yourself in Istanbul. Easy walk to the ferry and metro and incredible views of the Galata Tower.

This is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul. Near to all the major attractions and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. I was offered a taxi service to and from the airport (even at 4am in the morning!) which was cheaper than a regular taxi and punctual. I cannot fault it one bit. Thank you very much!

Clean apartment with best view that you can find in entire Istanbul! Very responsive host. They helped us with luggage (which is a big thing), transportation (which was cheaper and more comfortable than at the airport, so I strongly recommend to arrange through them)! The location is not far from Galata port, Taksim and Galata( walking distance) There is one thing that you need to consider before booking; the entire area is up on a hill and you will have to walk the steps even to get to the cab. We had a stroller, kid and a disabled person and it was very challenging for us. But that’s not the host’s issue of course, but entire area.

Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Leo konaklama öncesinden konaklama sonrasına kadar çok iiyi bir şekilde ilgilendi. Evin konumu merkeziydi ve manzarası fotoğraflardaki gibi güzeldi. Evde kalabalık bir grup olarak kalmamıza rağmen rahatça yerleşecek ve oturacak alan mevcuttu

Beşiktaş’ın merkezinde bu kadar böyle güzel bir eve denk gelmek büyük şanstı. Dubleks yapısıyla ferah ve konforlu bir ortam sunuyor. Ev tertemizdi, her şey özenle düşünülmüş ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey mevcuttu. En çok da sabah kahvelerimizi içtiğimiz balkonunu ve akşamları keyif yaptığımız terasını sevdik. Ev sahibi de inanılmaz ilgili, samimi ve misafirperverdi. Her sorumuza anında dönüş yaptı, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Hem lokasyon hem konfor açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, bir dahaki İstanbul ziyaretimde tekrar tercih edeceğim!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
