Apartment is exactly as described in Airbnb. Everything is very clean. And confortable. Balat is very picturesque district. Unbelievable. Me and my friends felt very safe. Near the house is sinagoga, 24 hours every day you may see police car close to it. You may eat, drink, or buy everything in a small markets very close to apartment. Tram and bus station is also very close...few minutes (5-10) Only one thing confusing me and my friends...when you get address you wouldn't see word "Balat", you will see Ayvansaray. If you used tram you have to go in/out in Balat! Not Ayvansaray. If you you use taxi i could recommend Balat Beauty Boutige house very close to apartment. They officially arranged transfer to airport. If i go again i will choose this apartment. Host is very kind and attentive to his guests.

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Fantastic place to stay in Istambul! it's close to everything (restaurant,shop, public communication,fresh juice shop:)..about host I will only tell that during my travels I wish myself to have at least half good host as Can is. I will recommend this place to everyone. I don't even tell that house is clean, wifi is strong and house have all equipment.

Server is very nice, they gave us tips for visiting around the listing and interesting information about the history of the neighborhood. The accommodation is very well located, this neighborhood is really very nice. Public transportation is very close to visit other areas of Istanbul. The view from the place is really beautiful. Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

Beautiful cozy place with two terraces! The views are amazing- Panoramic skyline of the city and Galata tower. It’s a walk up in an older building, so be mindful about carrying luggage. The host was super friendly and helped us to bring ours up. Thank you! Location is perfect- walking distance to many attractions, ferry and tram stations.

Booked 4 nights at Ozan's apartment. Exceptional views of the Bospherous Strait from the lounge area. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all amenities for either eating in or out. The host Ozan was accessible, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend staying here as easy access to bars/nightlife and tourist attractions via transport links. Great experience!

Nice location of the house. Very close to Istiklal Street. Only roads are a little hilly. The house is a beautiful, old building. But it's loud because it's right next to the school. May not be good for those who prefer to sleep in the morning. Overall, it was clean, but there was an occasional strong smell of cigarettes in the room. It was a tastefully furnished, small but useful house. Thank you

Very great houseing experience, even the price is affordable but the service is definitely super. Kadir is a kind and friendly host, he helped us moving the luggage both on our way of check-in and check-out, he even helped me translating while talking with the local taxi driver. The house is absolutely amazing, exactly the same according to the photos, nice and clean, and it’s great to taking pictures while suns out. Balat is also my fav district in Istanbul, almost all the rum churches in Istanbul are in walkable distance. And if u wanna visit downtown, the T5 tram train station is only 5 mins away from the door step, everything is convenient. I’m glad that we booked this gorgeous place, if we had chance coming back to Istanbul, this place would definitely be our first choice on the list.

My staying at the Ali's flat was a perfect experience. Ali and Diniz were very reactive and helped me in my late check-in. Highly recommended.

Can's apartment is located within steps of multiple restaurants, cafe's and within a ten minute walk to multiple districts with a maze of streets and alleys full of life and great experiences. Can was extra helpful with numerous suggestions for places to visit and arranging our ride back to the airport for our departure. He was always available to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean and a nice oasis with a fantastic view of Galata Tower.

Sinan and his father Mahmoud are very good responsive people. They helped us with early check-in since our plane arrived early in the morning. Makhmud personally met us clarified everything. The apartment is bright, clean, spacious just as in the photo even better. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. We were very comfortable with 2 children. Mahmoud Abi quickly answered all questions. The location of the apartment is excellent close to all attractions. We had a great time. Thank you to the hosts We are very pleased .
