The house is perfect! Beautiful, everything is new, wonderful mattresses, very hot shower, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, everything we needed was in the house, the location is VERY good, very close to everything. The seasonal living staff responded super fast, everything was wonderful! If you have any doubts, don't think about it, just go! The lawn is amazing and so is this house!

The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, organized, clean and comfortable! It accommodated us perfectly for two weeks, with everything we need. In addition, the attention was super proactive and polite, always responding in an agile way. Near the apartment we find a supermarket and a few restaurants, and a few minutes away all the necessary trades!

The stay was sensational, clean apartment, very comfortable bed, clean linens, not to mention Sonia's kindness. Much gratitude!

The house is exactly as it is in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet. The view from the balcony is charming. Adri and Dona Natalia were very attentive and made our stay perfect. I definitely recommend the spot and would come back again.

Alex's stay in the townhouse was simply wonderful! Me, my husband and our two four-legged children love it! Outside that is close to everything, being possible to visit several tourist sites on foot, also making it possible to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Gramado. Both Alex and Mrs. Iracema, who received us, are extremely dear and accessible. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!

What an amazing accommodation! Ilse is always very proactive in doing the best for guests! The house is a treat, fully equipped with everything you need in Gramado. The house has a heater, for the kitchen faucet and shower, which makes a big difference in Gramado, which is cold. The bath is warm! And what a wonderful mattress, huh? A dream night. The stay has definitely become my favorite in Gramado!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, well preserved, charming and with incredible views. We were positively surprised by the welcome kit. The kitchen is well equipped and made the routine easier. Mr. Vanderlei received us with great attention, gave us great tips and quickly solved the problem of air conditioning. As a suggestion, it would be good to leave firewood available for the fireplace and light it before guests arrive, as we smell a strong ink smell. The house has good linen and towels, all well organized. For those traveling with children, pay attention to the narrow staircase that gives access to the mezzanine. Overall a great experience. We recommend and thank you for the hospitality!

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The green environment makes it very nice, in addition to the proximity to the center, which is a very good aspect. At the time we went to Gramado, it was very difficult to drive and find a place to park because of the traffic. Walking was one of the best options to get to know the city.
