Alfredo and his parents are amazing hosts, were always responsive and welcomed us into their home with open arms but also allowed us our privacy. Modern interior, clean, spacious, comfortable for 4 or 5 people. easy check in and check out.

The view from her patio was magnificent. The condo had been completely gutted and remodeled it was like new. Christian met us at the front door was patient with us. He was perfect. We spent a month at Gabriella’s. The house is amazing- perfect for the 2-3 of us over the course of the trip. Two of us worked remotely (Zoom calls and all)- without issue. Gabriella and Federico made us feel at home- always responsive and super helpful- above and beyond. (Everything from helping us get pizza reservations, looking into hotels at the airport, and morale support during a Mediterranean-hurricane). It is the cleanest house I’ve ever been in - not just an Airbnb (the cleaner is also sweet, amazing!) The view is even better in person, and you have everything you could need. Book this house (or I will!)!! The best Airbnb you can find!

Gaetano is a great host. His place was perfect! We would highly recommend these accommodations to our friends & family. Everything was exactly as described, or better! Gaetano was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had about local restaurants or sights that we were interested in. We also chose to cook in during our stay. Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

The house was nicely decorated, well-equipped and clean. It had all the necessary amenities, with extra towels and bedding provided. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the nearby beach was beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent, we've got some valuable tips throughout our stay.
