Because this accommodation is very well located, very well arranged, neatly decorated, very clean, a real kitchen with all the essentials, a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a living room, a terrace with garden, and a very discreet but present host... Their living environment is idyllic, and the accommodation offered is very comfortable, spotless, tastefully decorated and extremely well appointed. The outside part and close to the river is beautiful, you can relax there, dine in the sunset... Very relaxing. Everything is top! It is easy and pleasant to communicate before and during the stay. To start with, Leilla was kind to allow me to drop off my baggage before checkin time because of a course I was attending in Bordeaux. The home, although slightly dated, was very homely and comfortable, and my children felt immediately at home. The kitchen came with cooking items and the terrace was lovely by my children. The property was close to a children's playground, many nice restaurants and public transport choices.

Nice accommodation, the jacuzzi is a big plus, very pleasant, we recommend it ☺️

Very charming apartment in a lovely neighborhood near a gorgeous public garden. It is very close to a small grocery store, as well as walkable to restaurants and downtown. We loved how the apartment was light filled. We visited in the off season so we didn't use the pool, but it was very pretty regardless. We liked the privacy of the second bedroom, which is a cottage in the back of the garden. Our 3 toy poodles were graciously welcomed.

The apartment is in a good location, clean and very well decorated. We loved staying there.

A pleasant professional stay at Faustine's place. Everything was impeccable, I didn't encounter any difficulties. The neighborhood is quiet, all the amenities in the apartment are of high quality and the exchanges with Faustine were very cordial. Special attention to make you feel at home! The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.
