Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The 3 rooms are separated and all 3 with an entrance from the terrace, so you have to get out of each room to get into the next. The hot water comes from 30 litre water heater. There is a wood-burning stove and heat pump (electric heating is charged at DKK 50 per day)

From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

The garden is like a green lung, located behind the house, where you can relax in the sun chair or eat a dinner completely undisturbed on the terrace. The house has two bedrooms: One in the main house with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a room in the annex with a double bed. The area offers sandy beach at Ordrup, Vejrhøj vineyard , beautiful forests, Havnsø Havn and several different shopping opportunities close by.

The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
