Idyllisk ældre sommerhus på 40 m2 fra 60’erne. Solrig og varm grund. En naturskøn oase. Ordrup næs har flere solskinstimer end resten af landet. Klimaet er varmt og nærmest siciliansk. 200 m fra børnevenlig strand. 750 m fra en af DKs bedste strande. Tæt på skov, legeplads og Odsherreds naturskønne fredede område. Nyd den smukkeste udsigt langs Ordrup Næs strand, med blik til Sejrø, Nekselø, fortryllende blomster og fugleliv. Næsset blev fredet i 1896. Ingen brændeovn. Anneks på grund.

Just over 1 hour away from Copenhagen, rests a little cabin on a hill. Here you will find yourself in one of Denmark's UNESCO areas with a formidable and unspoilt view of the beautiful Sejerøbugt. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen/living room that leads out onto a natural wooden deck. Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Nyrenoveret sommerhus på 131 m2, på lille lukket grusvej i roligt sommerhus område. Stor næsten helt aflukket, ugenert grund med sol hele dagen. Mulighed for boldspil, kroket m.m. Huset har en vidunderlig stor stue med masser af lysindfald og udgang til solgården. Stuen ligger i direkte forbindelse med spiseplads og køkken. Her er plads til alle uanset om vil lægge et puslespil eller læse, lege eller se tv. De to af værelserne ligger ud til egen fordelingsgang med skydedøre til solgården.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Super hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende 250m fra lækker børnevenlig sandstrand. Huset ligger i gåafstand til Nykøbing Sjælland hvor der ligger gode spisesteder og dagligvarebutikker. Huset har en dejlig ugeneret terrasse med grill, havemøbler, terrassevarmer og bålfad, til de skønne sommeraftener. Grunden ligger på en stille vej op til et lille stykke skov men med en pæn plan græsplæne til havespil. Der er 2 cykler til fri afbenyttelse og kun 6 km til hyggelige Rørvig.
